My first month Oct 2020. Yesterday I found out that my 10x30 storage unit along with other units were broken into and Robbed.1. The managers did not report the incident. I asked why? He said it's company policy and the renters responsibility to cover any loss.So, I have to pay my deductible to get help with the loss.2. This location has a gate and Camara. How could 1 person get away with breaking into several units with no one noticing ?3. Read the contract. Never thought this would happen. Do you really want to trust someone else to watch your stuff?? Collectibles , family pictures? If they really will just saw sorry not my issue??No.We were told other locations were hit. So it may have been several A 1 self storages...

Julian is a bully and just yells at customers. Do not use this place unless you like being intimidated. The people in Santa Fe who own it seem nice - but they are far away and don't keep an eye on what Julian is up to.
