After 8 years I would no longer recommend this company to anyone. The first 7 years were great. I moved, changed my name with no issues, they would send Christmas and birthday cards. Until all went down hill, it has taken 3 months and 39 phone calls for me to get hung up on and still do not have my prescription filled. They have requested personal information from doctors I don’t even see. They have told me it’s my fault and I need to contact my insurance provider multiple times just to figure out that they don’t have my insurance correct. They have received my medical records but do not want to accept them or request them from the provider I have seen. It is becoming a numbers with how many times they call me and do not do anything but argue with me on the phone. It is a nightmare also, because they stopped sending the valid prescription that I do have leaving me with zero medical supplies.

I have a new ileostomy. So this is all new to me. When we initially contacted 180 Medical they collected incorrect contact data, probably just took info off caller i.d., which to use accurately would require an extension number, which would not show on caller i.d. After not hearing from them, I called them again. No big deal. I reordered info and updated caller contact info. Since I was almost out of bags by now, and I heard or received nothing, I called back a couple of days later. They had no record of my conversation, or my order and my phone number was never updated. I reordered. I followed up the next day to see if there was any progress because I was starting to panic. I reshared the information I was short on bags. I was told if they do not hear back, they will call the docyor's office. I told them there are better doctors to contact who can and will answer faster, but they wanted to keep that doctor. I called them the following day and again they said the doctor had not responded. Since I was out of bags, I asked them what they will do to expedite the process. They said they just have to wait for a response. I asked if they could call the provider's team directly, they would not say what they could do, they only said that they would wait to hear from the doctor. Later that afternoon, I called the provider and had them set up an order via a different company. This only took me 5 minutes. The other company responded that day and completed the order. 180 Medical did not care and did not want to resolve an issue that occurred because they screwed up multiple times. They refused to take any measure that could expedite the resolution.They try to give a convincing pitch that they care, but they do not. My experience has been they are typical bureaucrats who do not know how to resolve issues and just wait so they can hopefully pass the buck to someone else.If you decide to use these guys...good luck.

I have had excellent service and very helpful people from this company. I couldn’t be happier. Will always order my catheters from them.

They are very kind and helpful. And your equipment always arrives on time. If it is late it's the delivery service fault. I would and have recommend 180 Medical incontinence supplies.
