This mall sucks, this is the definition of a failed investment. The owner of this small dead mall is definitely not a smart individual.

Would love to give a higher review as all the shops and restaurants are fantastic and the staff inside them are always pleasant. However an interaction with a staff member ruined our night. As we were leaving we stopped to use the bathroom near the food court entranne when an older janitor felt the need to come over and get upset with us for waiting to use the restroom that he was almost through cleaning. Told us we should've walked to the other side of the mall instead, however I am disabled and cannot walk back and forth. Also placed his hands on my cousin without permission. I understand it's frustrating that people use the restroom you've just cleaned but we weren't the only ones waiting either. We were the only ones he spoke to.

Great selection of food and stores! Very clean environment and everyone was very friendly. Sometimes they have stands in the mall that you can visit or purchase things like crafts, jewelry and other items.

We were only using mall parking lot close to our Justice for Elijah Hadley protest on 8/3/24. When we were almost done, few of us left. We were going to start cleaning n loading up, when an alamogordo city officer drove up, telling us we Could NOT park where we were. How unfortunate for whatever stores r lingering here as I don't think I will ever recommend or be a paying customer at this fledgling place. Except the Chinese place, I Luv that!

Was so much better when I was a kid- about 10-15 years ago. Miss the hallmark store! It is always clean and kept, I just wish there were better options to check out on the weekends. Miss books revisited lately. Food court is the best thing they have, keeping the mall running.
