Terrible experience!
Update: 5 years later I get a rely on my review saying “In what way? Maybe the truth is in reverse?” That just gives you a little insight into how unprofessional they were. When I moved in the apt smelled like cigarette smoke and it was dusty and the carpets were definitely not clean. I paid my rent on time and never gave them any issues as a tenant. Then when I moved out they had the nerve to charge me because there was some dirt in the window sills and I didn’t get the carpet professionally cleaned even though I did it myself. When I was deployed they gave me the hardest time about giving me what was left of my deposit when I got back. I would rather sleep in my car than ever have to deal with them again.

I contacted them about a traveling notary, and the person I spoke with said there is no fee structure for traveling to notarize a document and suggested I compensate according to the value to me. I had a 3 page POA for an 88-year-old. old parent that is incapacitated 10 minutes from their location. It was suggested that $30 would be the expected compensation for 3 documents. SMH. With such an urgent matter and having to haggle for help was disconcerting.

We used Sharon 20 years ago to help us purchase a home at a time when the market was scarce. She was very assertive and listened closely to our needs and was able to get us in the home of our dreams. We kept that home and had our parents move in to get them out of winters of the northeast and it was perfect for them. When we moved back here 20 years later we searched for Sharon and thankfully found her with her own company. By this time our needs had dramatically changed yet Sharon hadn't.
