Awesome staff. I really appreciate their friendly and helpful service. Yes drive in may be slow but they are very good at ensuring you get the correct prescriptions. They are well worth the wait at busy times. By the way they give awesome painless (for me) Flu, COVID and COVID booster shots. ❤️

Registered online for a drive up Covid test. Arrived on time. Walgreens worker spent about 15 minutes working the paperwork. The line of cars behind us grew longer and longer. People were hollering. Then they decided that our insurance companies which are the veterans administration Medicare and TRICARE for life since we are retired military could not except their paperwork. We left and went to the department of health and got our test taken care of in about two minutes. Shaman Walgreens for such failure.

I go there for dog treats only. It's not a favorite store and while the employees are nice enough at this location I haven't had the best service in other states and locations. It's okay here though, and sales deals are pretty good. I just hope they support their workers, they do a good job.

I made an appointment for a Covid rapid test and when it finally became my turn in line the lady at the window told me that the car behind me has 2 tests to take and that I would have to get out of line and go back around and get in line all over again. I had to wait in line for about an hour for my Covid test just got them to tell me that my insurance wouldn’t cover the test instead of them just telling me that in the original 20 minutes it took for the first time I got in line to when I got to the window. Appointments and/or places in line don’t mean anything to them and it was a complete waste of my time. Definitely will not be coming here again.

The people in the pharmacy are RUDE, RUDE, RUDE... and management doesn't care. The drive up took me over 40 minutes for four cars at 7:30 at night. And no one at the counter inside.

Tried to get a prescription refilled for my wife. After repeated attempts, we were told they were contacting the doctor because it was out of refills. I called back and finally spoke to a person. I told them I was looking at the bottle right in front of me and it says 1 refill remaining. "Our system shows ...". At this point I have lost faith in the reliability and professionalism of walgreens pharmacy. We have contacted the doctor ourselves (took about 10 minutes instead of the 11 days walgreens has been working on it), and had the order switched to Walmart.

Although the reviews for this location literally had me ready to go to battle to get my son’s prescription - I had a great experience at the pharmacy. I came around 7pm and was helped by a pharmacy tech with an awesome bat tattoo. She was extremely helpful, and very patient with the elderly couple in front of me. The tech manning the drive thru, the pharmacist, and the tech manning the register were obviously extremely busy but they were all polite and seemed happy to be there. I will definitely use this pharmacy when I come to town again.

Pharmacy is always chaotic and the service is ok. Prices for copays here do seem higher.The associates in the main store are amazing and Walgreens has items that other stores don’t like beauty and hair care products.

Well had to use this pharmacy for the first time and I will be looking into switching. The staff told me I had to speak to the pharmacist for my medication to get filled. After ten + minutes of waiting he gets on and tells me that I do not need to speak with him to get it filled (said it very rudely) and I informed him that he needs to talk with his staff and I don't appreciate him "getting on to me" for what HIS staff had me doing. One would think that in a small town you could finally get a decent pharmacy at a Walgreens...

Walmart pharmacy no longer accepts Tricare and I hate it because we’re left with Walgreens.Overall Walgreens itself is a good place and the cashiers and photo associates are quite nice.The pharmacy, on the other hand, needs some help.The technicians are rushed and rude to where it seems like they need more help.Maybe they should hire more employees because it’s quite chaotic and uncomfortable.When technicians are yelling in your face and rushing you…. it’s rude and certainly not good customer service.

I went in twice, gave them all my prescription information, medical, health insurance and primary care both verbally and in writing, spending over an hour each time. And when my prescriptions were called in, they said they had no record of me in their system. I don’t feel I can trust these folks to fill the correct prescriptions and dosages, let alone charge me the correct price. Run away as fast as possible.

This place is truly the worst of the worst. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone who transferred my whole profile from another pharmacy and said they would be ready in a day or two. I show up, wait in line for nearly 45 minutes, and am told glibly by the teenage girl with long blonde hair I'm not in the system. Then she checked my ID, and informs me all my prescriptions are expired. I tried to tell her that's not possible, try it again, etc. But she got rude with me and acted like I was such a terrible person and rolled her eyes and said "oh my God." Then she passed me off to the pharmacist who refused to even listen to me and told me to call my provider. I contacted my old pharmacy and they said Walgreens lied to me, none of my prescriptions are expired. I don't know what's wrong with these people but they're rude and clearly not interested in doing their jobs. No wonder they have such a low rating.

If it was possible to give 0 star I would have. The customer service is laughable everytime I come to this store I am met with absurd even after waiting the time I was originally told. The only perk is how late their open and after dealing with these people who will give you attitude and misinformation you'll think driving to Las cruses won't sound so crazy.
