The absolute worst experience while buying a vehicle. Bought a 2023 F-250 and noticed a wobble in the front end. I was told “Your tires are defective” and still haven’t been replaced, although they were rotated. So now the wobble is coming from the rear end instead of the front. The truck that I traded in was not paid off and they had already sold it. I ended up having to make another payment and the stress involved. The power steering unit on a brand new truck started leaking and took over a week to fix “a hose”. The issues with the ABS system failure and collision avoidance system failure were never addressed. I also reported that it shifts hard between first and second and fourth and fifth gear, also not addressed. Absolute worst experience ever. Called the number, didn’t work. Called the local number, it went to the customer concierge Mailbox but apparently is full and then it said that the sales department is closed. It’s 9 AM. What a joke.

Very good customer service and mechanic work done at Vision Ford. Titus in the Service Bay was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Thanks to the entire team for servicing our Ford.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ed Zamora on buying a new Maverick that I had to order 3 or 4 months back. Normally idrather go to the dentist than dealing with car salesmen BUT this was a different story by far. I'd recommend using Ed for your next car buy. Also the Maverick is awesome. I got the hybrid and took a trip to el paso from alamogordo and got 36 mpg cruising at 80 mph, a terrific little truck!

Great experience purchasing our Lincoln Nautilus Reserve yesterday with Ed Zamora. He was thorough, honest, knowledgeable and great to chat with! Walked us through every step of the way and showed us everything about the car. He even had me set my preferences and phone to the car before I pulled away! It was also washed and filled up before we left! Dustin in finance was equally friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when we did the paperwork. My reviews are focused on the service department only. I pre-ordered a 2024 Ford Ranger at Casa Ford. I was also awarded reward points. I used some points to purchase a keyless entry pad along with the labor to install. This was sent to Vision Ford because the dealership is closest to me. The part came in and I wanted to make an appointment for the install. Service manager, Mr Reynolds, told me Vision doesn't recognize that program and I would be charged $159.00 plus tax for the install. I stated I used points to pay for labor. He stated again we don't honor that program. I then called Ford headquarters concerning the issues I had with the dealership, and they stated to me dealerships are under contract to honor the rewards program. Ford called Vision to try and straighten things out and make me a service appointment for the installation. Service manager more or less told Ford to pound sand and refuse to make me an appointment. I called Casa Ford and they will honor and install.
Because of this and thier lack of customer care, I will never use this dealership for any repairs whatsoever
Update: Tried calling 800 number left in response, number is a Spanish speaking
recording. I left a message with GM to call me, never got the call. Goes to show this dealership is not serious about real customer service.

Ed Zamora was exceptional! Great service as usual. I have bought 4 vehicles through the years and my salesman was Ed Zamora on all 3 vehicles. You explain to him what you want and he will find it for you! This time I purchased a 2024 Ford Edge! I absolutely love it! By the way, Justin and the rest of the staff are just awesome as well! You can't go wrong with Vision Ford!

I was stranded during my trip from Tucson to Kansas City. I had my vehicle towed to Vision Ford dealership late at night on Memorial day. The next morning, they got me in, fixed the problem and had me on my way before noon. Their service writers were very helpful, friendly and courteous. Everyone I dealt with was just great. If I lived in Alamogordo, this would be my dealership!!
