Service Department dude was weirdly angry, aggressive and sarcastic. I'm not going to say he was on drugs, buuuuuuuut this is Alamogordo. Not comfortable leaving my car with methy and his friends so noped out.

The mechanics are great and never had an issue with them. I rate the lowest possible because of the people between the public and the mechanics. They can handle it seems 1 vehicle at a time and have no idea how to think ahead or basic levels of communication. Whatever system they are using needs to be dropped as it is not working and has not been for years now. Unless you want to be without your vehicle for a month then it is best to find another shop to do the maintenance/repairs needed.

Took our F250 in to diagnose and repair a turbo issue. They found an actuator was faulty. Agreed on having them replace it for us. The problem arose when they tried to replace the actuator and in turn damaged the turbo itself, presumably because they most likely did not use the proper tool to either disconnect or reconnect the actuator to the turbo. Then they wanted to bill me an additional $5000 to fix the problem they created. Will not be using their services again.

Took my truck in with a check engine light...it indicated knock sensor...and I have to reset it 3 or 4 times a day...they ordered a ECM/PCM. The truck is still there 3 weeks later. They gave me a 1800 number to fund out why the part isn't showing up...not sure why I should be doing this...but I did call and now after talking to that person I can no longer reach them as well...no updates no call backs..This dealership need help and customers should go elsewhere

I went to Vision Ford Lincoln in Alamogordo to get the battery replaced in my key fob. When someone in the service department replaced the battery the fob would no longer work with my car. I had to buy a new fob and pay for labor for a simple problem. I will avoid going back if at all possible.

Went in on 6/11/22 needing a new battery. In the morning. The guys who work there are very professional very helpful and kind. Got me out there in no time. Great service!

We had our truck in for service. We had to take it in several times because they didn't fix the problem. After the third time, they refused to honor the warranty. At one point the truck was in their service department for over 5 weeks. We picked it up and the issue continued. I was I contact with them continuously. They kept saying to take it back which we did. Every time we took it back it came back worse. Now they say they are done and will not honor the warranty. So words of wisdom to you Don't go to Vision Ford in Alamogordo because they don't honor anything they say. They are a disgrace to the Ford family.

I called Service Department for 1st Service appointment and spoke with Kayleigh. She verified the appointment and was ready for my Fusion at the agreed upon time. Everything went well and Kayleigh called later that afternoon telling me that the service was finished and I could pick up the car. This was a very smoothly visit. Thank you Kayleigh.
