Stefanie refused to get me a manager or help me after I paid for over night shipping and didn't get my items. I had to call the main number and they still couldn't help me. It's false advertisement. And extremely poor customer service.

If i could give 0 stars i would my friend lost her phone and was told she needed to go to a corporate store to verify her id for the insurance claim and was told at the store by several reps that corporate verizon doesnt help customers with anything except to sell her a new phone and refused to look at the notes left by verizon corporate over the phone because "they dont have time to deal with her problems" and told her if she wasnt going to buy a new phone they wouldnt help her

Victor the manager is rude not accommodatingTerrible service!Do not go to this store!If you can go to Ruidoso Verizon.They are wonderful there.He called the police and was going to have me escorted out of store because I voiced my. Concerns with their policy of charging for transfer fee if $35 for them to transfer your information from old cell to a new one purchased there.I called Verizon customer service and they will be making a formal complaint against this manager.Hopefully lose his job. I traveled almost 2 hours to get my new phone and gave it transferred. I was told no fees.I have never in my life been treated so horribly by any businessYet alone Verizon store cooperateI’ve been with Verizon 20 years.Stay away!!!!!
