So I was greeted by José...super cool dude..he didn't exactly get me what I was looking for..but was super helpful...even got a major upgrade..and he helped me through the whole process ...I dint know what he get's paid...but it ain't enough...this guy needs a raise .thank you José..for making this experience..smooth and easy...

Came in with my grandma to get her set up with a new phone and service while visiting her. Larry was super helpful getting everything set up and got her number transferred from another carrier. He even called me later that evening to make sure everything was working properly. Knowing there is a great store with helpful employees is nice since I won't always be there if she needs any help!

My husband and I traveled 2 Houlton this Verizon Coorporate store. I had purchased 2 new cell phones through Verizon. They were out if my husband phone so I went to Ruidoso Verizon to help They were great there! But didn't have access to my husband's new phone. I called Verizon and they said they would mail me one to our address. We live in a rural area and do not receive mail at our home. P.O. Box at post office is our only mail option. Verizon doesn't mail to P.O. Box so we had to travel to Alamogordo to get this taken care of. They apologized and waived any fees. We went to Verizon on white sands blvd Coorporate store Not a franchise The manager Victor was rude Angry Terrible service Told me sorry You have yo pay $35 for transferring your information from old phone to new phone I told him what Verizon said He said no You pay or it doesn't get done. I explained our situation of traveling this far because of all the problems we had this far Also that Verizon had told me no fees for having this done He said no Can't help you out I told him how this was bad customer service I told the other customer standing in there that they should not shop here due to his anger and bad service. Not understanding what I was told by Verizon and the problem I was having with the new phone. He started calling someone I asked what r u doing? He said I'm calling to get you escorted out of my store! Omg! I have never in my life had someone do this to me At any business. I have my own business and know how to treat people and customers. I could not believe it We left and I immediately called Verizon They are making a formal complaint Apologized over and over again of what I went through. I asked for his last name as set Victor told me No I will not give you my last name. He's the manager! Do not go to this place He needs to Lise his job! Terrible terrible terrible experience!

it is probably a good thing for them that they are the only option in town otherwise they may have to pick up on their customer service skills. Being the only Verizon store in town allows them to be jerks and care less about their customers needs. It's all about pushing and promoting whatever brings in the most incentive during that time. And if you go to them with a problem don't expect them to give a s*+& about it!

I went in and upgraded from my train wreck of an iPhone to a Sumsung Galaxy 8 plus on the recommendation of cool guy helping me. I am so happy with my new cellphone and the helpful customer service. I get great service from Verizon.....thanks.

I was blown away by Verizon and their customer service this evening. My husband has an older generation iPhone that has been populating an error code over the last week or so. We went in fully anticipating being told that he would need to upgrade but much to our surprise Larry quickly offered to fix the problem by replacing the SIM card. He also offered to take a look at my device even though it was not on the original ticket. It was actually a PLEASANT experience and we both left with our devices working better than when we walked in. WELL DONE!!

Verizon's service is horrific in Alamogordo. I have 3 bars and LTE almost everywhere I go, yet I can hardly do anything. My email rarely loads. I can't load pictures that are texted to me. It's worse than the good old days of AOL dialup internet. They really need to update something here. It is highly frustrating.

Best place to change your phone service to. They paid off my old plan/contract and supplied me with better IPhones. Customer services is top notch. Tony was my sales rep and he was friendly, outgoing, helpful and not pushy. Other repps have helped me and they are GREAT also. As of now, I will not use any other cell phone company. Yes, sometimes the wait is long depending on what time of day you arrive and sign in. At least it's fair when you get seen by a rep.

Best phones in the business in this one horse town! I've noticed that some sales reps have more knowledge than others. So, your kind of gambling on who you see. What annoys me is that you have to sign in, if your simply trying to purchase an accessory for your phone. Some times it takes 20 to 30 minutes for one of the sales representative to help you. So, if you have extra time on your hands, and have patience, Verizon Wireless is the place for you.
