If I could give lower I would. I went in for my lunch break and stood at the counter for almost 10 mins. Someone comes to take my order, looks up and tells me “I didn’t know he was behind you” referring to another employee. Then she turns around and walks away without taking my order and leaving me standing there. This is so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and horrible customer service. I will never visit this establishment again

I visited this location and the staff was not very friendly, which wasn't a huge deal. They missed my drink, asked me for what sauce I wanted, gave me the wrong sauce, and then I waited an additional 5 minutes for my third straw. The kicker is that after leaving, I realized my debit card was never returned. I went to pick it up, and the kids working were acting sketchy. Now, two days later, I get two fraud notifications from my bank as someone is now trying to use my card. DON'T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM.

I get it the job is menial but how hard is it to read a screen and to put what you see on the screen into the food? Or better yet how hard is it to not put what you normally put because apparently lettuce goes on everything. Especially things marked NO LETTUCE..

The app is horrible. Could not place order in app and they did not offer the combo I wanted in store. Felt like bait and switch except the employee did everything he could to get what I wanted at the price I expected.

As a former Taco Bell employee, this is the only Taco Bell I've gone to in the past several years that got my order exactly right on the first try and made it how it's supposed to be made and how I would have made it without me even having to ask for it that way. For clarity, I always order a Nacho Belgrande (subsitute the beef with steak, extra steak, no beans, add guac). They made sure all the ingredients were evenly spread out, yet still identifiable. Everything was as fresh as it can be for Taco Bell. They got my order out super quick, even with them being pretty busy. I was just all around pleasantly surprised and hope this is the quality I'll get every time at this location. I'd definitely start eating at Taco Bell a lot more often if that's the case. What made me even more surprised is that I ordered on the self order kiosk. So I had no interaction with the employees (other than a friendly "hello" walking into the store) to give them special instructions on how I wanted my food beforehand. It just goes to show how far good training and keeping your employees happy goes. Everyone benefits and ends up happy. They should have the employees on the day shift here training all the other stores across the country. Seriously.

I ordered just a beef and cheese burrito. They said they had to charge it in a weird way because it's not a "menu item".I paid roughly $4.80 and the burrito I received was so small and had very little meat. Disappointed!!I won't go back.

So food may have been good but couldn't order because we picked up another order for someone on line. So they would not let us place another order." It's policy sorry", is all they said.Went in and waited around for another 3-4 minutes to place an order. Can place on kiosk. Cashier comes around and still goes back to kiosk instead of taking the order.Asked about the policy and that's a manager question. Cashier said, "honestly idk why they don't. I think it's so they don't confuse the orders."How hard is it to take another separate order. It's already paid for and done in another bag. Take another order and place in the other bag, get the second payment.Will see when the next time is. If we ever go back to that location. Was okay until they got the smug arrogant cashier with a beard that's doesn't take any other orders to confuse themselves or do extra work.... Will bring some milk and cookies for them next time.

Complete garbage Manager on 9 Jan 24 at 5 pm was trash. Extremely rude and refused to provide the head managers contact information or his own name.

I’ve never had this problem up until now and I’m absolutely disappointed. I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo and I received a steak quesadilla instead. My soft taco looked as if a three year old was handed taco ingredients and paper. Also my food was cold.
