Phone service is pretty good; your data service will make you want to throw your device! Seriously Tmobile, do better. I should not lose date because I went behind a restaurant or on first! Data network service really sucks here! No service in walker, la luz is patchy

Gustavo is a very personable guy who knows a great deal about the products he sells. He was able to help with my questions. I asked about a speaker they were using in the store to play music, and found out it was on sale... I had been wanting one of the Harmon Kardon Bluetooth speakers for about three years since the store was Sprint, and was able to take home an Onyx 7 new in the box for $150!

Avoid this phone service like the play trust me you'll own your phone paid off in full because they talked you into switching from another carrier left you with a balance at the other carrier but then they'll lock your phone so that when they have such poor service you need to go somewhere else you can't they then hold the phone that you brought from another carrier hostage on you and tell you how all perfectly legal it is so in the end you now have to go purchase a second phone from another carrier after they already stuck you with the bill for the first one you couldn't find any more worse of a nightmare of a company you'd be better off trusting somebody in prison than trusting this company here they should be in prison but unfortunately you can't hold corporations like this to a legal standard because they violate all kinds of your constitutional rights and break all kinds of laws and don't care in the slightest

Visited our Alamogordo store today at 11:42am to set up a temporary prepaid plan with new SIM cards and phone numbers for an overseas trip we're taking next week. I was helped by Gustavo. Despite us being Verizon customers, once Gustavo understood what we were doing, he never tried to give us a hardsell on switching to T-Mobile, he just immediately went to work to accomplish what we needed done. Although the transaction ended up requiring some phone support from T-Mobile Prepaid tech support, Gustavo never gave up on us and just focused on helping us out. Took an hour to finish it all, but we walked out with everything we wanted and 100% happy with the customer service we received from Gustavo. We have no plans to ever leave Verizon, but never saying never, if we did, we'd probably go to T-Mobile because of Gustavo. Good guy, representing T-Mobile and its brand very well.

Gustavo was extremely helpful! Very patient, personable, and helped me fix an issue that was really Tmobiles fault, but he made it right and went well out of his way to make an experience that was bad, a good one.

Arturo was extremely helpful and kind situating an overcharged bill with me. He sat with me in the store for over an hour while I was on the phone with T mobile customer service and advocated for me when to correct an almost $400 overcharge. Definitely went above and beyond for the customer! Thank you!

Sprint is the worst provider. I went to T-mobile to get a plan and when I walked in, i was met with a woman named Trini. She was super amazing… helped me set up Siri and was very patient with me for that whole hour. I even told her my phone was always dying and she recommended me getting a charger, best advice in a while so grateful for it! That day I had a new phone plan provider, soon to be a new phone and a new charger! Thank you so much Trini. I’ll never forget your advice

I traveled all the way from Ruidoso to Alamogordo to get help. And I talked to Guss and he helped me with my cell phone bill that was wrong. I would make the trip again. They were very helpful. And the store in Ruidoso is new, and needs more help.
