Very disappointed that Sally's has taken the direction of hiring a clown he/him pronoun freak which is neither beautiful or professional. Sorry Barb you screwed up by blowing down to the transgender mob of pervertion. BTW your he him whatever it is is very rude when I was purchased my last item to be bought at Sally's or cosmoprof. That's right I'm a professional and I live in the real world not pretend delusional world.

Great customer service.Clean location.Organized location.Now this drill.I bought this drill with the full knowledge of the front desk that it has been exchanged and returned previously by consumers.I now know this drill has been exchanged and return due to the lack of knowledge or attempt.I connect this lightweight, incredibly powerful drill to any portable power source and it works just as great as the very first time I open the package and charged it.This drill comes with a few beginner drill bits but it has got me on my way to saving tons of money from the nail shop.

I went in there looking for a new hair color, preferably a darker color to put on top of my lighter hair and one of the employees named Myranda helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for! She had great customer service and was very enjoyable to talk to! 10/10 would go back again!!

I understand following the maximum capacity rules, but when it’s five people total and three of them are employees that leaves two customers!!!!! No logical sense at all...three employees to assist two customers???!!!!!!!!!
