The process to get my SLK280 back on the road, was longer than any of us expected. BUT, the Amazing Team at SH Automotive made this journey worth it. The professionalism, genuine care and commitment to get "Her" back on the road is unmatched. The constant updates, the explanation of next steps, made this journey less nerve-wracking.
I appreciate the dedication to detail that was put into this job. The hours spent by the team, to get "Her" in better condition than when I purchased Her.

Would not recommend going here. I had my car towed in for them to redo a timing issue that I had. They came back to me with a quote of over $4500. I denied everything other than the timing, a water pump replacement, and new spark plugs. This quote was for around $1600 (somehow $160 for spark plugs on a 4 cylinder foxbody). I went to go pick up the car, and was experiencing a major loss of power, and overheating issues. I decided to not bring it back to them, and do some of my own diagnostics on these problems. I found that the spark plugs they installed were gapped at .024” as opposed to the correct gap being .044”. I checked the timing, which was timed to TDC as opposed to the correct timing being 10 degrees BTDC. I also found that the cooling system had not been properly bled of air after the installation of the water pump. Save yourself some time, money, and headache, and don’t bring your vehicle here.

I called to schedule an oil change for my BMW X3 and they got it in within 2 days which was great! (I was quite a bit over due and requested to come ASAP.) Service was quick and the folks up front were very friendly.
Also, they did find another service my car needed based on the carfax report(brake flush) and informed me without any pressure which I really appreciated. I told them no thanks at first. Zero pressure. However, after speaking to my husband he said yes to go forward with it. Coming in as a girl who doesn’t know much about car service I was very comfortable and I never felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. I think that’s saying a lot because in the past I’ve had very different experiences.
