I am not using my real name. I had blood work and a urinalysis done. The technician was curt and standoffish. There is no reason for this. I don't know her name but she worked on June 17 in the morning.

The technician I see is always so friendly and personal. I am glad I made the switch to Quest Diagnostics. You make an appointment and you are seen at your appointment time. Walk-ins do not get to go ahead of you. It is a great place with great staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was taken back before my appointment time. The staff was friendly and professional, but seemed shocked when I cheerfully wished them a good day. Are clients really that discourteous that politeness is shocking?

Walk-in's available and I was in and out in enough time to get back to work while on my lunch break. The staff is amazing. I just wish the results were a little faster.

Ronald Linn will not be able to come back to Quest due to the location. He cannot his health will not allow him able to walk up the incline to the front door. After this weeks trying climb, he had to be addmitted to the hospital the next morning due to stress of that incline to the door. He is not able to do stairs at all!

I had a great experience getting my annual blood work done at Quest. Making an appointment was fast and easy, checking in was super easy, just responding to a text. I got seen very quickly and the technician was kind and good at her job. Thanks Quest!
