Customer service is amazing I had to return my dog leash because it tore and they immediately helped me I was able to purchase another dog leash with no problems

The people who work here are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They have seriously upgraded their selection of everything compared to a couple years ago. Thank you again to manager Don, you and your crew are amazing !!

For being staffed lightly they are friendly and as helpful as they can be when there are multiple customers. Some people are just impatient and blame the employees for the short staffing
