Liz is very friendly and knowledgeable, with wonderful advice on skincare, and great products. Her facials are wonderful, and if you're interested in permanent makeup she applies it using a numbing cream so the pain factor is negligible.

I used to struggle with my eyebrows and self image, and every place I went in town, I was disappointed with the results and nothing seemed to get better. They would finish my eyebrows in 5 minutes with minimum effort and not take their time which would result in a lot of patches of hair on my eyebrows. Mel takes her time and makes sure my eyebrows are completely even, and presentable. Noble spa is the best place in town if you ever need your eyebrows done, eyelash extensions, etc. this is the place to go.
