Dropped in the store and told a guy there I have no reliable data (I pay for unlimited) and haven't for a couple weeks now, plus my screen is broken and I'm eligible for an upgrade. He looked at my phone saying it's a really old phone. Ok, yeah I got it a little over a year and half ago. Tells me I don't have data because it's an old phone. Um, ok. Tells me he can't help me out with that. Because it's an old phone. Yeah, I'm eligible for an upgrade and not sure how a phone that's 1.5 years old has no data because it's 1.5 years old. After numerous eye blinks I thanked him and left. That experience was the most lazy confusing situation from any customer service I've ever walked away from. So then how do I upgrade my phone and who do I talk to about my phone issues?

Had nothing but issues with metro. It's a rip off! Had 2 lines and both had connectivity issues. Metro tried to stare that it was due to over usage but it would happen even when I'd pay for the month service. Going out towards white sands blvd by McDonald's very bad service. Off panorama bad service. In the golf area complete bad service, airport road bad service. La luz bad service near the new projects bad service. They won't tell the customers their ripping you off! Your paying for weaker signals. I found out I was paying for service and not receiving the service I paid for. It's a rip off. Speaking to teen mobile before leaving metro it was told to me by a rep that it was due to the towers they won't fix. And it's been happening since they bought sprint tower's and thats been years now. They even connened.others who complained to upgrade their phones knowing that isn't the issue. I soon as I got fed up loosing so much money and time calling constantly I switched to cricket. Haven't had any connectivity issues or phone freezing up. I suggest metro customers check those areas while in those.areas your phone works for about 30 minutes and.freezes.

My son has autism and has his first good-paying job. To reward himself, he wants to upgrade his phone. I tried to call this branch based off the stars on YELP, having not read the reviews. That was a mistake on my part. I TRIED to reach this branch at 1:50pm on a Wednesday. The phone rang 4 or 5 times, then someone picks up the phone and hangs up. Wow. Has there been a change in ownership or management? There may be a descent in customer service happening at this branch. I will, instead, DRIVE down to a different branch and hopefully they can help my son spend his hard-earned money. I am a METRO PCS customer for 17 years. I hope for a better outcome or maybe its time for another carrier.

To the stupid b**** at the counter Saturday night, my mom came in begging for help & the girl said that she didn't give a s*** about her. She refused to help her. My Tia knows the manger in Gilroy and I hope she finds out who you are. :-)
