Excellent service and selection! My 92 yr old father's lift chair stopped working yesterday. John Quinn came to our house and tried several times to fix his chair. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed but they came after hours to deliver a new chair so my father could sleep last night. I'm forever grateful and would Highly recommend them to anyone wanting great selection and excellent service! Thank you to all of you!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile, I must start by admitting my wife has a furniture buying problem ;) Brian, Mike, Cindy and John always take great care of us. Most recently my wife talked me into upgrading our master bedroom bed to a tempur. I can remember laughing at her saying there’s no way a bed is worth that much money, boy was I wrong. You see I’m a big guy, that’s always had my chiropractor on speed dial. It’s been just over a year now we’ve had the tempur and I haven’t needed to call my chiropractor once in this time. Good thing because he also retired last year. This bed is so awesome I bought another one for our family vacation home. Thank you Maupins for all your help, and most especially in helping me fight my wife’s addiction.

Store sold me a chair with bugs and won't do anything about it they actually let people sleep on there furniture for hrs.they told me that.terrible store i cant have thus chair in my home doing every thing can ti get rid of bugs hate the store never get a penny of my money again . I agree got my money now buzz off im telling every one I know and meet no mater who they are telling about the bugs.told manager if its worthy to him to get bad publicity si be it.i wish could ruin the store like they have ruined my life. I wonder if I was there mother if thus is how they would want her treated

Shopped here for years and always enjoyed quality service. However, recently I bout some furniture and I wasn’t happy with the recliner. It is not comfortable and makes screeching noise when it changed directions .And too large for my space . I called to see if I could return it and get another one. He replied that if I had called immediately that day I could have. That was Sat and closed on Sunday. Monday, I thought was a holiday but apparently not for them. I would have called on Monday otherwise. Called on Tuesday . I’ve always tried to do business locally and avoid the big box stores.Oh well, very disappointed. My other selections for the future will be made somewhere where they are not so rigid.??

The folks at Maupin's Home Furniture were simply THE best to work with! I can't say enough good things about them. We have started to furnish our vacation home in Cloudcrift. We plan to stick with them to make all the rest of our purchases after we complete our remodel.
