Went in for an oil change and they stripped the threads inside of my oil pan causing an oil leak and leaving me without a car I just purchased for 5 days. They offered to pay for the repairs but when asked about a rental car for the inconvenience I was denied because they would have to resubmit paperwork. Terrible service

What a dysfunctional place! My wife took her car in for an oil change and to have a noise checked out. The service staff was unprofessional and the noise diagnosis was "possible warped rotor". But they didn't have a mechanic who could change a rotor. And they advertise themselves as being brake experts equivalent to the dealership. Hardly. And the oil change was overpriced. I'm not sure how they get good review, but her experience was definitely 1 star worthy at best.
