I volunteered here briefly back in 2021, and fell in love with my baby girl StarDust(10yrs)! She is now 13 yrs( lived in multiple states, loves camping, sleeping in mom’s lap during car rides, and continues to love her best life)!
I also adopted my little(big) one, Flower! He adores the dog, loves camping, climbing, and snuggling with mom under the covers!
This place is something I wish they had more of. Genuine hearts ( husband and wife), who have dedicated to loving these cats, even after they are adopted!
You will not find a place more methodical in their actions.
Very highly recommend finding your next fur-baby here!!!

Why have hours if they're not open those hours. Guess that's why they have so many cats

I give them a one star rating as I had adopted a orange tabby from them and they lied to my husband and I saying that he was neutered and ready for his forever home which was NOT the case at all!! And not only that but when we arrived the place looked sketchy for one and for two the owner of the place wasn't there and the place was unlockedSomeone could have easily broken in and stole whatever they wanted. Back to the cat I had adopted....He had testicles the size of golf balls. He was extremely aggressive and tore my husband up so bad that we had to call animal control to come get the cat. We DID try to get him in his kennel to take him to get neutered but he wouldn't go in and we couldn't scruff him without being shredded up. I have found out he was neutered and adopted at the pound he was in. But it shouldn't have come down to this. Imagine someone wanting to get that kind of cat for their kids or a elderly person adopting him and being told he was neutered when he wasn't!! The way the cat acted towards us would have been so much worse for a kid or a elderly person or other pets for that matter.DO NOT ADOPT FROM THEM!!!! Find a better shelter to adopt from.

The people at Kitty city was very understanding and help me with a little kitten that showed up at my back door. It was in need of some TLC and due to the fact I’m on a limited income I just didn’t have the funding to get it what it needed. Because of them helping me I was able to keep helping the little guy out. God bless everyone there. ❤️

We are full time RVers from Minnesota, currently staying in Roswell. A beautiful little black cat started hanging around our camper a week ago. She was not feral at all. Quite the opposite. She would run to us, loved head and tummy rubs, neck and chin scratches and playing chase with the laser toy. We kept her fed and gave her fresh water. But she had to stay outside as we already have two cats of our own. Figured she had to belong to someone, she was just too sweet and friendly to be "wild". We checked all the lost and found ads, the local newspaper and asked around. No luck finding her humans. After being turned away from the Roswell Humane Society (at capacity) and Roswell Animal Services (they would just spay her and bring her right back to the RV park), we were desperate to help the sweet little panther. We contacted Kitty City and they were able to take her!!! She will be chipped, get her shots, be able to have her babies (she might be "with kitten"), get spayed and be fostered for eventual adoption. Barbara was so kind when we brought her in. There are super friendly cats who greet you when you walk in the door. They have kittens to older cats in every coat color you could want. Some are shy, but many want to chat with you. The little panther we brought to Kitty City will make a fantastic pet for some lucky person or family. Normally, black cats are harder to adopt out (because of stupid superstition) but please don't let the coat color be an issue. If you're serious about adopting a lovely little companion, please take lots of time to get to know them before buying. They ALL deserve loving homes and caring humans. Thank you, Kitty City! You saved a life today!

We have been looking for a cat for a while. We stopped by and it was so nice. Once you walk in, you are greater by a room full of cats. Nearly the whole building is just room after room of cats free range in the room. It does smell heavily like cats and cat litter, but that's expected with a building full of cats. The staff gave us our own space to look freely, didn't pressure us at all and were very friendly. We ended up finding our perfect cat- though it was a hard choice.

A little over a month ago we adopted a kitten. They gave us plenty of time to figure out which kitten was the perfect fit for us and we ended up with this one we named Fluff. He loves to snuggle with me and plays well with my crazy toddler. I definitely recommend Kitty City for anyone looking to adopt.
