They made an error on my state income tax return that made my refund get delayed for more than 5 months. When I showed them the error, they offered a refund for their services. But, I have not received a refund and I have been getting the run around from their manager Albert. Do not use this place if you can avoid it, they take money quick but refuse to give it back when they are wrong.

These tax professionals are friendly and motivated to do you a service worth paying for. I know filing myself used to be the most frustrating time of the year for me, but HR block gave me the comfort I was pursuing.

If you have an IP number the irs will not ok it with H and R block. Go somewhere else. Also check your paper work. They round your fed and state up so there fees are more. Double check your paper work. It won't match your w-2

This H&R Block office does NOT follow through on completing tax returns. I dropped off taxes on Monday and the woman that was supposed to do them took leave most of the week and no one bothered to call and "apologized profusely " but didn't offer to correct the situation
