Excellent hotel. One of my best hotel experiences. Located in a quiet area. Very comfortable rooms, clean with no smells. Nice gym. Everything was perfect

This was the perfect hotel experience. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but the blonde lady who checked us in around 10:40 pm on July 7th - right before the end of her shift - was so very good to us. She gave us detailed answers on how to navigate White Sands National park, including insider tips, and was very friendly and helpful. We have three kids and the room was spacious enough so that we all felt comfortable and relaxed. Breakfast was delicious. And, wow, I forgot how great a 12 pm checkout is. Perfect final night of our road trip vacation. We didn't use them, but the room has a dishwasher and dishes and a full-sized refrigerator, all in excellent condition.

Staff here is amazing, made reservations for a team of 10 traveling together and everyone had a great expierence. We had a slight issue with the credit card on the first night but the staff was super accomidating. It was super easy to make reservations with Fabien and great to hear about some of the hotels future endevors. We will be staying here again when traveling to Alamogordo, NM.

This hotel was excellent. It’s part of the Hilton chain so if you have a free Hilton Honors account, it’s part of this. Our family of 4 was traveling to several national parks and White Sands was on our way so we stayed here. This hotel is about a 20 minute drive from White Sands National Park. Great, updated rooms. Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Our room was a 2 Queen Bed studio and it also had a fold out couch, dishwasher, microwave, and full size fridge. It had dishes and silverware, too! There is a laundry room so you can wash clothes and an excellent fitness room if you want to workout some after many hours in the car. If we come back to White Sands National Park, we will stay here again.

Great Hotel. Friendly Staff. Dog friendly. Has the best hotel breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at.

Sarah at the front desk was AMAZING! After a troubling Airbnb experience, Sarah was the friendly face I needed to see. Interacting with her was honestly a pleasure and made my night 10x better. She quickly made it possible for my boyfriend and I to get in a room, was assuring us of the safety of the place, and informed us of the sleds they had available to take to White Sands for our plans during our stay. The room is clean, large, and breakfast and coffee are offered. I’m VERY pleased with Sarah and this hotel!

First night I stayed in this hotel, the room was clean. One week later I stayed for two nights, and that time the room smelled sour. My bed had ladies hair on it and one of the pillows stank really bad. They didn’t clean out the fridge as there was still someone else’s food in there. They also downgraded my room from a double queen to a single queen and charged me more for it. I have the receipt for it. The front desk workers were polite and professional. I like how they constantly follow up with the guests. I just didn’t have the time to tell them all the details because I was packing my things and going out on my lasts nights there. They do keep the lobby and food area clean. My stay had complimentary breakfast included. All I can suggest for the food part is having individual milk cartons for the guests. One man took the whole gallon to his table just for cereal, dropped the cover on the floor and put it back in the fridge like nothing unsanitary happened. The elevator does make a weird noise and may need to be checked by professionals. Location is great. You don’t deal will much traffic and it’s nice how it’s a bit isolated from the town. I definitely would stay again at this place. I recommend this place if you’re staying in Alamogordo.

My wife and I stayed 3 days while visiting family. The hotel was very clean and the room had nice amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would be great if the hotel had EV chargers available. Currently there are no hotels in Alamogordo with chargers.
Noteworthy details: The nearest EV Charger is located in the Toyota parking lot on White Sands Blvd.

Very nice place to stay. Has a sofa bed so room can sleep up to six. Very clean and roomy with a nice small kitchen.
Rooms: Perfect for families or working people. Clean and spacious with small kitchen.
Nearby activities: Lots to do in Alamogordo. Hotel is on the edge of town but nothing is too far.
Walkability: Not close enough to walk to places but plenty of room to go for walks safely.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was good. Must go early because they run out of many items and don't restock.

Loved everything about this property - everything! The check-in/check-out process was simple and accommodating. Staff were hospitable. Felt welcomed, warmly greeted and privileged as you'd expect to feel, checking in as a Hilton Honors Member. ? Parking was smooth - you receive a display for your vehicle. The room was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, especially the kitchen area. We'd planned to stay only one night, using the location as a spring board to White Sands, and continue our trip from there, but we wanted to go right back! Lol. It was so peaceful, serene, and scenic in the middle of the dessert. We're looking forward to returning.

P.s. We found a walmart not too far away, about 19 mi., since we knew we would have a big fridge. Copped that SpongeBob Pull Back ? there too, IF, you were interested ? (someone asked me so I thought it'd be nice to share)

Nice enough place. My only critique is that the rate you are charged will vary, without disclosure, by how booked they are. I stayed a week, and was charged over $35 more for a Monday night because they ended up filling up that night. Did not see that until checkout, and Mgr “could do nothing.” Happened to everyone there.
