Horrible experience, we asked the sales associate for assistance he was busy attending to us then another person required help from him. We spent a good 45mins in the store just to walk out with cleats my kid really didn’t want and my other child couldn’t get her cleats because they didn’t have the sizes. This guy kept coming in and out of the warehouse telling us the sizes that he had and didn’t have. Beyond disappointed I won’t be shopping there anymore.

The customer service was great and I enjoy the positive atmosphere. I just wish there was a better clothing selection for women.

The girl who helped us with my daughters shoes was very sweet and helpful. We had a coupon for $20 off a purchase over $100. Our total was well over that but only $8 discount was applied and the guy who checked us out was very rude and tried showing us how we received the discount, but we did not. I felt like arguing with a customer was quite rude.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes 2 pairs of shin guards and some shoe cleaner all for under $200. Which I feel is a fair price. Wonderful Customer service. Was very helpful in helping me find everything I needed. Very clean. I will be back.

The sales rep (sorry, forgot his name) was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my shopping needs. He was very knowledgeable with the merchandise and was able to answer all my questions without any hesitation. I shopped at the store in Alamogordo, NM. 5 star rating for our star and sales associate. Thank you for your professional and kind service!

The staff is fabulous. I really just wish that you would carry size 15 running shoes. You guys never carry anything other than basketball shoes in my size.

I went into the store in Alamogordo twice, once for new shoes for me, and then brought my wife in for hers. Both times had the best customer service experience! We were treated so well! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
