I have used the Goodyear store for several years. Oil changes, tires, brakes. They have always done good work, their prices are reasonable, and they have always been friendly and helpful.

I'm so glad I came here to this place. Was at discount and they tried to gif me out my money charging me a little over 1000 for some tires with insurance. Been passing by this place on my way to gassing up on tenth. Went in there to show them the tires discount recommended but didn't give them the price they were charging. I was charged 606 and some change anyone who will tell you discount isn't about just selling you tires for darn near double the price is lyeing or instructed under them to do so. The only thing I got out of discount was a free tire cause they claimed they couldn't air it up due to it was too low on air then they offer to find whatever imaginary leak was there and fix it free I said ok but we don't use this car so could be why it's low. And hour later I get a call that they wanted 99 dollars because the tire thread was worn out really bad so I told him put my old tire back on knowing that it was very fishy how I could of easily went elsewhere for air and the tire would be fine another six months. well they decided to give me free used tire.only due to some sort of liability. At this good year they found stuff under my car and literally pointed out what I would be needing and how important it was to get these parts soon as I could ,yes rusted and very looseparts were very visible. I recommend you go to discount then go here I guarantee you won't do business with discount anymore.n ot only do they do tires here they do all kinds of service. They also held my tires due to an emergency I had to take care of and was low on cash to pay for them after ordering them. I needed tires so badly on my car they even squeezed me in once I had tooken care of my situation.I feel blessed?

We had to take my wife's car in twice for two separate issues and they were extremely prompt, honest, and helpful both times. They told us what was wrong, gave us an opinion on how to fix it, and didn't charge for the diagnosis. James and Danny were both awesome!

Ordered tires online, paid in full, scheduled an appointment and received multiple confirmation emails. I showed up on the appointment date and time and was met with an individual who did not know why I was there, had no record of my appointment and my tires were not there. I contacted Goodyear and they stated “there’s nothing we can do but give you a refund in 3-5 business days”. I was livid and drove to discount tire where I was helped same day and given a better price. I love supporting small businesses, but this was the epitome of ridiculousness and unprofessional.

I was in and out, my low pressure indicator light was on. He checked the tires and found the sensors were acting up from our resent cold snap he recycled the system and I was back on the road.
