I have been with this bank for close to 10 years and I love them. The tellers in Alamogordo know me by name and always say hi when they see me anywhere they see me and are always super friendly and helpful.

I will be changing banks. I get direct deposit weekly from my employer. I got a bonus check and took it to deposit. They offered to release part of the check and deposit the rest after a hold. They did not contact me to tell me that they decided to hold the entire check which then made my account negative when I used what THEY told me was available. Now they have put a 8 business day hold on the entire check. They stated they have not had a check for that amount come through the bank before and had to hold it .... We have had an account with them for 11 years... Bad business and it's getting worse. I would go elsewhere!

TRASH!! they literally take you for your money i’ve never heard of a bank that takes your money for holding your money that’s really crazy. 0/10 recommendation.

If you value receiving your money on time and when you need it under no circumstances do business with this bank they will arbitrarily and without explanation withhold your money for up to two weeks at their own discretion there is nothing you can do about this and they refuse to override or remove the hold on your money CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I’ve been going to this bank for almost 3 years and out of those 3 years I’ve had my account closed, money taken out of my account for charges I didn’t even know about that go to the bank, the wrong card put onto my account and had to claim fraud on multiple occasions for unauthorized transactions! This is the worst bank I have ever gone to and they are impossible to get ahold of. I wouldn’t even call it a bank at this point it’s a hole in the wall scam. Do not bank here

When calling the toll free number for customer "service" it's been absolutely a. Nightmare. The representative has little knowledge of what can or should be done with your own personal situation. I have the hardest time connecting with out local branch reps.

Horrible bank, poor customer service. Can't call directly must use national 800 number. Check cashing is a nightmare. Taking my business elsewhere.
