I called ahead to alert them that I had a front driver's side tire that had shredded when I hit a curb. Due to the age of the tires and that the car is AWD, all four tires would have to be replaced. It was a busy day at DT, so my information was taken, and I was given a spot in the queu as I was still waiting for the tow truck. Nice. As I was talking to DT, they checked to see if they had the correct size tires. Nicer. When I arrived, I was given information as to my price choices. The comparison was on the screen with wear, durability, seasonal response expectations, and costs. My choice. BETTER. I had to wait about an hour after arrival
for completion as the queu was long (but more waited behind me). Great service, even on a blistering hot day, all the bays were full and personell very professional, quick, and clean. Plus , since I had used AAA, I received a discount. DT will rotate my tires for free in the future. Very happy with all of the great service.

Dale, Hayden, and the whole crew at Discount Tire in Alamogordo are amazing!! (Jake was awesome too!) Best customer service, best prices, best warranty! Every business in town should have to do customer service training at Discount Tire - these guys are THE BEST!!

Got new tires for my Toyota sennia and it was very fast and good price at $70 per tire with warranty and all that stuff. Professional and welcoming!

Great prices and service. Took my van to get 4 new tires. They set up an appointment on the phone and were very helpful. Everyone looked like they were working hard and the prices beat other local competitors.

I left a 5 star rating on here in 2020 when I first moved here.
Now, I'm updating to 1 star because after four years, their customer service, quality of work, honesty, and communication has really plummeted! Its worse and worse every time.
They are now cutting corners, they make decisions about YOUR CAR for you without contacting you first, and leave you waiting for endless hours because they don't care to let you know your vehicle is finished. (Not to mention my vehicle WASN'T even finished because they decided not to fulfill the services I went in for without contacting me?! But yet my receipt says they did it. This has to he a joke!)
They really dropped the ball with me on every end with my last visit. I've been a loyal customer to them, but heavily debating on buying my next set of wheels and tires from a shop in Las Cruces instead or even going out of state ! That's how ridiculous this has been getting.
These guys just don't care about the customers anymore and want to make a quick buck

I appreciate their customer service every time I go there. They’re beyond professional and very attentive towards their customers.
Just before I was headed to Cruces for an appointment I noticed I had a nail in my tire and needed new tires all around. They managed to get me in and out as quickly as possible, even though they were busy.

Joe is amazing there was a hiccup from the day before on my vehicle and he went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. I was upset and that didn’t affect his decision about helping me he really has wonderful customer service. I have had business with you all since 2008 and Joe deserves kudos for his customer service he is the best employee you all have, not to say everyone that has helped me in the past hasn’t been great he is a big step above. Thanks Joe for all you do ?

In my opinion, these guys are awesome at customer service. Went in with a potential slow leak in one of my tires. Was greeted by Dale who immediately assessed my situation, got my car in a bay and they got to work on repairing my tire. Dale also set up a replacement tire in case mine could not be repaired. Covering all bases. In short order my tire was repaired and I was on my way AT NO CHARGE?! When I said there must be a mistake I was told that was the way they rolled: a courtesy service. BIG thumbs up .
