Our sale representative Cierra was very helpful & knowledgeable. She was super nice, answered all our questions before we brought the Rav4. She wasn't pushy at all, unlike her manager who tried to push features that we didn't need, at least he tried. Still happy with the deal.

We are so happy with the 2018 RAV4 that we bought from Casa Toyota. We highly recommend Cierra, as a great salesperson, with excellent customer service skills. She was very knowledgeable about all the cars she showed us, she answered all our questions, and was very forthright and thorough in explaining the sales process, the Toyota loyalty programs, and she made the purchase process easy due to her great organizational skills and very patient, pleasant, upbeat, personality. A great car-buying experience that every customer dreams of having.

Jeben was my salesman and he was great!!
Right upon arrival i was greeted and he introduced himself, he asked what i was looking for or interested in, what my price range was and right away had some good suggestions off of the answers i was giving. He never pressed on what choices i was stuck on, he gave time to think and continue to look over the vehicles, and didn’t make anything feel rushed. He was efficient, professional, and patient.

Worst service I’ve received here. For the oil change the air filter wasn’t blown out or replaced, had to go to a parts store and buy one. When I scheduled the appointment I asked for struts replaced, oil change, and wheel alignment; only struts done at first I asked about the other 2 items and was told didn’t need an alignment and they had to keep another day for oil change. The pickup is pulling to the left!! So I scheduled with another place for alignment. Won’t be going back.

Took my van in for an oil change, staff was very friendly. The service was pretty fast I didn't wait too long. I wasn't a fan of the price! It was pretty high. Overall I was satisfied and will be going back again.

So that tire light is glaring at me in its full malevolent orange glory. And like any good driver, I panic. The guys at Casa take about 20 mins to figure out it's not the tires, just the sensor that has issues. They didn't even pat me on the head, or roll their eyes. Just a professional "we fix it" and out the door I go, appointment in hand.
