Multiple times they have been days late for trash collection, we cancelled our trash service because they tried charging us for extra trash after they were late and then tried claiming they weren’t late then changed the story to only a day however this time they were 4 days late to pick up. I have a whole street of people who say the same thing that they were 4 days late as well as people who stayed with us over the weekend into Monday when they finally came to pick up. When I tried calling to make the final payment the “manager” cuts me off then hangs up on me and sends my calls to the answering machine

I've been a Choice customer since I moved into my house in 2018 and have never had any issues with billing or pickup. They have even walked up to the house and retrieved the container over the Holidays when I forgot to put it out - twice! Very friendly staff. Collection truck was tailgating me on an unpaved road trying to make us go faster than 20 mph on a rut- filled, dirt road. They did not realize that we were the clients whose garbage they were retrieving. The office manager then tried to convince me it couldn’t possibly be Choice truck. But they stopped and collected our garbage and had CHOUCE on the side of the truck. We Always have billing problems with them anyway. Phooey! Changing companies.Service: Trash removal & disposal

We have a six (6) yard dumpster. In 5 years, we had 1 issue, which they corrected right away. I don't understand all these billing issues people are talking about. I've never had a billing issue. Office staff is friendly, and helpful. Drivers arrive on the scheduled day. We've never experienced a day where they didn't collect the trash. We make sure to follow the rules as well. We don't allow any trash next to, or in front of, or on top of the dumpster. The lids remain closed at all times. Prices are reasonable. With the fuel prices going up, they raised their prices a little bit, but nothing outrageous. Thank you, Choice Waste.

If you sign up with Choice Waste Collection online or remotely, expect to not get proper policy and procedures until 6 months later, after all the passive aggressive attitudes and snide letters, and they inform you of their policies. I'm not trying to be a problem, but if you DON'T communicate your wishes and needs to customers, its YOUR fault for poor interactions. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Service: Trash removal & disposal

I called to get pricing to set up a dumpster at my house, person was very rude and wouldn't give me pricing. She told me "I can't give out our pricing because our competitors might get it." I'm not making a decision on a dumpster without prices.
