There is no option for zero Stars. I went there to get my toes done little did they know I knew the language right from the start they were speaking bad about me and my sister-in-law in Vietnamese. When soaking my feet I told the tech I don't even know her name she didn't even tell me her name to be careful of my big toe there's an ingrown toenail she went ahead made a face and squeezed down on my big toe causing me such excruciating pain if it wasn't for my sister-in-law I wouldve beaten her up.

This place is now call Xandu. I highly recommend this place! The gentleman that did my nails was gentle, patient, and took his time doing a great job. I will definitely be going back when I need to redo my nails.

This location has a new name and new owners. I have been twice since the new people took over and it is amazing. Both times I got Gel polish and it lasted until I returned in 3 weeks to have it removed and redone. They still looked great just grown out. Ask for "T". He loves his work and it shows. Best in town by far!

I have to write about my absolute last visit at Cali Nails. First, it is very hard to communicate with the staff. I don't know if it is deliberate or not but simple conversation is poor. What else is poor is the anatomical knowledge of the nail bed and hygiene to the staff. My last (absolute) pedi was dangerous. The nail bed was trimmed into living tissue and became infected. Yes, infected; That looked lovely next to the nail polish. I went home and used an antibiotic right away but feet are feet and the foot is so close to germs from environment, etc. Another time, I was getting my finger cuticle trimmed and the tech was pulling off the dead tissue not cutting it away. Ow! Where did these folks learn their skills? On the plane over to USA? Yes, this place is the cheapest place in Alamo, but ask yourself this: is it worth the price of healthy feet? Pay a few dollars more and get a safe, healthy pedi/mani. If the place needs an appointment, plan ahead and make the appointment. P.S. My advice@CaliNail is: If they draw blood, don't tip them and walk away. I wish I did.

I went here based on a recommendation of someone with beautifully manicured nails. However, my experience was not good. I told the lady exactly what I wanted, the deluxe spa pedicure and manicure. She said OK. She did not give me the deluxe pedicure, she gave the basic. The manicure was no manicure, she literally only did my nails. She did not even soak my hands or remove my cuticles, much less lotion my hands and arms. I asked for an acrylic overlay. She said no gel better. I said I do not want gel, I want acrylic. Some of my nails look decent. However, when I asked her to quit filing so low and round she said well you should get tips. I did not want tips. My nails are long. Acrylic overlay is what I usually get. Anyway, all said and done, they charged me separately instead of the package. What they charged was for the most expensive pedicure and a full acrylic set with tips (not what I got). Good luck

I feel like they don't really know what they are doing. I provided a photo and said this is how I would like my nails and they came out totally different.

I went in and took my daughter. I asked for a pedicure and acrylic nails the lady said no that I should do gel. I told her I didn't want gel to just give me a pedicure. She took about a hour and a half on my toes and it looked like my 7 yr. old daughter could have done better! I would not recommend going it's expensive and not worth it.

Do not get pink and whites done here. don't even get a refill. I got mine done a week ago and they are already lifting, the white is discolored, and the filling is beyond noticeable. I am disgusted. especially for 60$ it was NOT worth it. Don't waste your money.
