They looked at my van and were supposed to send an estimate to the warranty company which wasn't done until I left a one star Google review. I had called and asked about the progress of the estimate and was promised a call back a couple of times. Never happened. I know places are busy but at least could have let me know they weren't going to get to it in time like some of the other places in town. Guys were friendly but the follow through wasn't there.

Took a hood and bumper (off the car) to them March 18 for an estimate. There 1st question was this paying for it? I told them I was paying. So they told me they couldn't do it in a week. I said okay what about 2 weeks and they agreed. Every other week I stopped in to get an update on progress and I was always told we will get to it next week. We'll its April 18 and I stopped in to get an update and what do you know, they haven't touched it yet. I picked up my parts and will take my business else where.

May 2023. Took my truck in to have an estimate on painting a replacement bumper that I purchased at a salvage yard. Told me the bumper wasn't usable and proceeded to give me an estimate on a replacement bumper at an outrageous cost. Took the bumper back to the salvage yard and verified that it was the right bumper. Will go somewhere else.

I am a resident of Alamogordo. I called for an estimate for minor damage to my semi tractor . He said that it would be best to take photos and he gave me a number to text them to. I did what he asked and no response. I gave a little time and reached out again. No reply. Because my phone number is out of state he probably thinks I’m don’t live in town and can just disregard me. If that is how he conducts himself that is poor character. Maybe take your business to someone who treats everyone the same.Service: Painting

My car was in an accident. It took about 3 months for them to finish my car. The day after I got my car back the passenger bper popped out. I called him and he said he would call me on Friday. That was over a month ago. Than a couple of days later a plastic grill piece fell off at a stop light. Than a couple a weeks after that. I open my driver's door and It bent my fender. This guy never calls and when you call him he says Friday or Monday. I do not recommend. I have to call the insurance company on and make them deal with this because they paid for it.Service: Body & Trim

Johnny was honest with me from the beginning of the process. He gave me the best and worst case scenarios and then stuck to it. He is honest and seems to really care that the vehicle is complete. They told me 3 days turned into 5 months and they did absolutely no work on my vehicle every time I would go by or call them they would say that it would be done the following week if you need somewhere to park your vehicle for extended periods I would recommend body masters but if you want work done on your vehicle take it somewhere else I give this place four thumbs down ???????

Do not even think about having this body shop do any type of work what so ever—so many lies—close to three months in shop and set in back lot 70 percent of time. Finally had to pull vehicle out and take else where. Also costly without completion!!! Don’t even think about it!!!

I needed to have the roof of the cab on my truck painted because of some delamination. I got five quotes and Body Masters was much less than their competitors in Alamogordo and in Ruidoso. The truck was ready in two days and the quality of their work was excellent. If I ever need any body work done on our other vehicles, this is the place I'll return to.
