The team at PNC is awesome. It's the people that help give this bank that personal relationship sense of being. A person is greeted with a warm hello upon entering and then smiles from an entire staff. Having dealt with at least 4 of the staff at different times, I have received the same care from all. They take an honest concern with a customer realizing that a problem may exist upon entry and sworn to do all they can to resolve it before leaving. They helped me find the best account to use to ensure I was getting the most efficient use of my money between savings and checking. They helped me with the purchase of my house when the wiring is the money exceeded the personal limit. They acted quickly when I had a loss of id, credit card and personal info and this is all within the last 4 months. They have met every challenge with me head on and will keep my business because of the teamwork and family feeling I get from this branch and from PNC.

So for unknown reasons that ATMs at the branch and all over town that are supported with this bank will not let you get your money out and so if you are not in possession of two separate forms of ID then your money stays with the bank.

Waste of time and money, when this people charge there name from BBVA to PNC obviously avoiding laws suits, they lock me out of my account, I told me I had to start another account, what happened to my money?????

So far I'm not happy with the transition. BBVA was an amazing bank. Mercedes, Bianca, and the rest of the staff are amazing. PNC needs to get it together or I may be forced to bank elsewhere.

Ill start by saying THE WHOLE STAFF IS AMAZING and that is the only reason I am considering staying at this Bank as they have changed to PNC. My account is a mess due to this horribly planned transition. BBVA was amazing. Never had an issue. If you aren't currently with this bank I highly recommend you do not bank here. It is a complete mess due to PNC top level management. Hope they fix this or they may see many people leave.

Opened a new account today. Was greeted and treated with respect. Shannen was awesome. She help set some stuff up on my phone for more convenience. Great place.
