We are traveling, so I am not a regular customer. I had an appointment for a color touch up. It went okay, but when she finished & went to take my cape off my bangs were still up under my hair and the back of my hair was still damp.

First time ever going from very long to pixie cut, and she made me feel very supported and comfortable. Showed me a few tips on how to style it, and felt like I was having a chit chat with a close friends. Best experience I've had at a hair salon :) definitely going back to her when needed!! Barbie does the best work on my hair! She especially tailors the color and style exactly the way I want it to be and won't stop 'till she's reached perfection. She often pauses to make sure she's doing it the way I want and never makes me feel bad about my choices. The salon itself is so cute, clean, feminine and makes for a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Did I mention the reasonable prices??!! I love Barbie and her salon and highly recommend her to anyone for any of your hair needs!
