I called and was told it’s walk in only so I came in and waited about 20 mins. I had gel on prior so he had me soak my hands to get it off. After removing the previous polish, he just brushed the dust off. I didn’t get to wash my hands until the end and that’s when I noticed all the issues. I got acrylics and asked for coffin shape but by the end, they were square ish. It was coffin shaped to begin with tho. The nail tech didn’t paint the whole nail so the sides have no polish. The acrylic got on my skin so I kept having to ask him to file it down. The nails are uneven in shape, some are rectangular and some are crooked. I was pointing out the acrylic on my skin and he told me it’ll come off with cuticle oil ? maybe don’t get acrylics if you go here.

Excellent service and always a great pedicure. I received many compliments on my ombré fingernails. I always refer to Judy and Lee. The shop is always bright and clean.

The worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. I could tell the gentleman who was tasked with giving me a pedicure didn’t want to do it, and all the services my package came with-he did the bare minimum. My friend made a reservation for both of us, but when the time came, there was only one guy to do my feet, and my friend had to wait. After witnessing my awful experience, and an hour later when someone else was available to do her feet, she decided it was probably better just to cut our losses. I don’t know if it was just this individual or not. But in addition to bad service, the location was dirty and dingy. I would never recommend anyone visit this place. Q nails is the best in town.

IF YOU CANT DO THE NAILS A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR SIMPLY SAY SO. DO NOT TRY AND DO THEM KNOWING YOU ARE NOT SKILLED ENOUGH. If i could give NO STARS i would. horrible salon, first the lady or owner whatever she is sat this woman down before me when i had been there 20 min. i then got seated and showed the simplest french tip reference photo & of course he had to show the lady knowing he couldn't do it. he filed my nails & let her do the french tip. she then started them & they looked hideous. the shape, the polish, everything UGLY. i then ask if she can make it look more like the photo ( square shape & VERY clean shape at that) & she tells me " i don't know why u say it's round shaped when it's not" When i clearly see in my face round ass nails. moving along i ask if she can take the polish more down so it gives it the french tip effect & she's getting more and more mad. shes so mad she has sweaty ass hands at this point then her husband or whatever that man was wants to come in the conversation unprovoked and tell me this is the last time if i dont like them i can leave & i ask him to repeat himself and he tries to say something else. but i dismiss him bc he's irrelevant & can't even do nails so don't tell me anything LOL anyways -000000000000/ 10 DONT COME HERE!!!
