Ok store. Went in 2 days in a row and found no soap in the bathroom. Not sure how employees are properly washing their hands before returning to work.

People at this store try to be polite and for the most part are friendly "usually". But are unprofessional even for gas station attendants. They spend more time talking to customers that don't want to be talked to or talking with each other instead of checking people out when there's long lines. I've been going there for 6 months hoping things will change but just seems to be getting worse as staff gets more comfortable in their positions. Maybe a full staff rehab is needed. Super slow service for a seemingly overstaffed store. If I continue going there and things change I will change my review.

Very poor experience. Had to go inside to pay, normally not an issue, but once we got inside thee employees were chatting back and forth, loudly, using vulgar language and with no acknowledgement thst they had quests waiting on them. Then when we did pay, he just walked off mid transaction without a word. We were a bit off with the gas amount, but didnt bother going back in to get a refund because the 1.79 cents wasnt even worth the hassle of dealing with the awful customer service.Not only that but they seemed completely confused about how to do their jobs, another customer was in and out several times because the guy kept activating the wrong pump. There was then open confusion about whether another guest paid or not while meanwhile we've been standing there waiting with no acknowledgement whatsoever.Very unprofessional, would not reccomend.

Employees are rude, ignore customers who are waiting in line and offer help to the people behind them instead. Do not recommend this allsups. What a disappointment.

They have everything in this store. Very clean store, clean restrooms. Nice cashier. ?. Even some rye bread. Ohh and get a chimi for the road. Very yummy ?

My experience here has been ? awesome the bathrooms are super clean, personally the food is always hot. The staff is off the chain mostly friendly.

Hard watching a brand new place like this fall into such filth and disrepair so fast. Coffee machines busted. Bathroom trashes overflowing. 2 employees BSing behind counter until line gets long and then one of them leaves instead of manning a second register

If I could give zero I would - went here to get gas in early morning. Paid for gas in cash to first employee and went out to pump gas and pump was not working. Went back in and first employee was gone and other employee a large guy said he'd gone on break. I asked him if he could fix pump and he said there wasn't much he could do and I said we'll the light there is blinking and he pushed it. I went back out and pump let me get 76 cents of gas. I went back in and told the guy and he said the computer says it's pumping. Went back out and still not working. This time guy gives me attitude and won't try to fix it and calls be a dumb fuck. I told him I just wanted my money back and he tries to cheat ne on that too! I hope they get their act together

Older man that was working Friday night 9/22 definitely needs some extra training.He's very slow on the register each time I've come to this location.What should have been a 5 minute stop to fill up my car turned into a 20 minute stop.After waiting in line for what seemed to be forever, I paid for $40 on pump 5. When I get out to the pump it's not turned on, so I go back inside and ask him to turn the pump on which he replies that it is turned on.I go back to the pump and it is now turned on but it only gave me $20 instead of the $40 I paid for.So then I go back into the store and speak to the other guy and tell him what's going on and that I need the other $20 of gas to finish filling up. He then says that my pump was only approved for $20 instead of $40, but that the pump next to me was approved for $40 ( even though no one was at that pump)Finally the first guy tells the second guy to approve an additional $20 on my pump, so that I can finish filling up my car.I'll just stick to speedway when I'm passing through Alamogordo.One last thing, the first guy didn't wear gloves when getting the burritos for the customer that was in line before me. Pretty gross to handle money and the register and then touch people's food.
