I've been getting prescriptions from my area for over 20 years and switched pharmacies at least three times. No place is without it's flaws, but thus far, Albertsons is the best choice for me. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Waiting an extra 15-30 minutes might be a burdern for some, but I agree with another reviewer in finding something else to do. Go to Starbucks. Do some grocery shopping. If you don't like Albertson's you can always try WalMart where you wait in line for 2 hours to let them know you are there to pick something up that was called in 24-48 hours ago, and they haven't even started filling it. I'll stick to waiting 15 minutes inside or 30 minutes in the drive-thru and be home before you. (Or have your meds delivered and avoid the lines altogether!)

Got a text that my perception was ready. Stood in line for atleast a half hour. was told that they did not have my prescription and wouldn't have it until the middle of the month and they were too busy to transfer it to another pharmacy.

Will take a long time to have medications in stock. Also, drive thru lane for drop off/pick up usually takes a long time. Had to switch pharmacies due to a few issues with this one. People are friendly.

4y old birthday cake written in cursive. Requested HAPY BIRTHDAY LEOSOROURS-REX in green and I got this. Any family having a birthday party knows the stress and work that is put into every detail. This cakes was ordered 10 days in advance. The writing was wrong and the calls that I received the morning of were unacceptable. The worry of the store not locating the dinosaur packet that I ordered for this cake (well in advance) THE MORNING OF, should never be the customers problem. Only to be found minutes later... due to voicemails left for me while I decorated and cooked for 25+ guests. I didn't eat the cake but those who did said it was good 'for store bought'.

I give you 2 stars only because I prefer to shop at your store rather than any other in Alamogordo however you are chasing me away. Lowes grocery started this digital coupon I balked and finally did it as you all have done the same. I was able to download and access Lowes grocery app and Lowes Signature app not Albertsons. I have downloaded it I have an account recognized as I am a reward member with you all. The app will not recognize me and constantly asks for me to do a password it recognizes so I changed it more than once still no access because it doesn't recognize my password. After spending way more than enough time and effort I have my husband try same issue. So I then call you complaint line talk to them yesterday morning took my email and phone number assured me I was important and they would get this issue handled and either email or call me........still waiting I prefer to shop at your store and apparently you don't feel the same. Please don't put a silly comment about you want another chance fix the issue make me feel like you want my money and hold my phone complaint seriously or keep your groceries and plants and I will take my money elsewhere. No apologies fix the bugs in your app actions speak louder than all the sorrys you type .

I'm so disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered flowers today and had them delivered to my loved one, and Albertsons failed and didn't deliver them! I'm so upset with them! I spent a lot of money and they didn't even have the courtesy to call me and advise me of a delay. I will be calling tomorrow and better get a full refund and I can guarantee this, I will never use this service again! The other issue is I called around 6:30pm and they lady in the floral department said they were heading out for their last deliveries and my order would be to my house shortly, that was now 3 hours ago and still nothing! Horrible customer service experience!

you could start by selling actual beef and not some pink slime. also bought a prime rib for new years eve..more than 50 percent of the roast was total trash for 30.00. we can't all afford getting ripped off at your crappy butcher case in alamogordo. I asked for assistance and got a total piece of crap. I ate a grilled cheese sandwich for new years eve and fried chicken for new years day. good thing I didn't invite anyone else to join me and my partner on new years eve. I would have been totally embarrassed by this mess. I give up after 7 years in your store. total crap at ridiculous prices. live on a disability check at age 64. 1500.00 a month. your greedis disgusting!!!

I moved all my prescriptions here because they participate in the good rx program. BIG mistake. They have two customer service windows but rarely have both staffed. The wait to pick up a prescription has taken as long as 20 minutes and it's not like there aren't others behind the counter that could help.Now they've gotten my profile screwed up which resulted in a big delay getting one of my prescriptions filled. A life threatening situation for me. A second prescription was called in on the 22nd, today is the 26th, and they can't even find the prescription in their "system" with the empty bottle in front of them to reference. This prescription is also one that I shouldn't miss a dose on without serious health risks.I'm going to notify my PCP to move all my prescriptions to Walgreens. Use this outfit at your own peril!

Called my medication in 2.5 hours ahead of time and it still wasn't ready when I got there...then after leaving and coming back, it STILL wasn't ready! Changed my pharmacy right then and there.
