I’ve lived here since 2019 and have always been meet with friendly exchanges between myself, the tenant office, and the maintenance staff. Apartment is extremely affordable and most of your utilities are covered as you only need to add electricity. If I ever come back to Alamogordo I’d definitely look at living here...
