Just rented a unit today from Andrea and her colleague saw it and did everything over the phone super fast and easy within an hour!! Awesome people and the site manager Larry is super nice also! I will definitely rent again. Thanks for all the help!!

We had an excellent experience renting a unit from Otero Storage. I rented directly off the website and was contacted right away. There is not an employee onsite at all times, but communication is excellent and I never had any issues. I always recommend them to anyone looking!

I have rented space here for almost two years and it has been great! Staff very quick to respond and helpful. Very clean, safe, easy to access, and my things stay dry. Easy to pay online monthly. Storage is very hard to find and I’ve had great luck with Otero.
