First of all i never heard of leaving a review and the owners commenting back, I brought a phone in to get hooked up to a service on my first in store payment all of a sudwn there was a service charge, they never told me about, right after that my email was hacked and i could not use my phone to call out or resive calls they told be i was hacked and had to take the phone and charged me to look at it it all seemed like a set up and a whole big scam, friends never heard of such a thing by no means hacked or not i should not have problems calling etc,

I have received nothing but poor quality service.After paying in cash, Over two thousand dollars.Three months later.I am no closer to getting the products that I paid for.I will not under any circumstances recommend or refer this business to anybody.

We ended up filing a police report. They took the internal components out of our computer that we took in for routine cleaning. They sold us a "new" computer because they said our computer was "fried". The computer they sold us had the hard drive from the computer we took in installed in it. We are out over $700. and a decently working computer. We even had to hire someone else to unlock the new computer because they didn't know what the password was that they put on it. When that person reset the password, they informed us that the computer was 10 years old.

The staff are great! I was looking for an uncommon computer part and was resigned to having to drive to El Paso before speaking to ATS on the phone. While they didn't have the part, they were able to order it and have it delivered to the store before 1pm the next day, and at no extra cost!

I dropped off my PS4 for a jammed/broken disk drive on October 25th 2023, was told that it would take a few days to get to checking out. Not a big deal, I understand completely. Being busy myself I didn't check in until November 7th, almost two weeks later. At that time I was told that the disk drive was broken, a minor part but the whole thing needed to be replaced, so they would put it on order and I paid the remaining balance.I was told I would be called and notified when the new disc drive came in and when it was replaced, once again only about a week. Called to check on the status today (December 12th) and was told that they had "..tried to order just the spring.." and that "they had placed the order today for the full part.."My chief complaint here is that it has been a month since I was told that they were ordering the entire disc drive, to just now be told that was apparently a lie and they ordered the spring instead, to then be told that conveniently they ordered the drive today not long before I called.Two star rating is for lack of communication and consistency in what I have been told. They're friendly people, and very reasonable, but could do better at calling to update you when they've had your device nearly two months.

I took my computer in after calling and was told diagnostics within 48 hours. I called after a couple weeks and got a "story" as to why it's not ready yet ? excuses excuses!!This place is a joke!! Absolutely nothing was done to it!! Charged me almost $200 bucks for what?! Then the lady was trying to charge me for something again?!Stay clear of this place! Rip off!!

If there was a way to rate a negative star i would do so. I dropped off a cell phone for screen repair, the staff was friendly and happy to take my money for their services however I do not live in Alamogordo so it did take some time to make my way back to town to retrieve my cellphone, the services provided were FULLY PAID ($200+) and yet the store decided to use the cellphone for parts, when I finally picked up the device the screen was fixed but it was missing the sim card and sim slot. The store admitted to using it but did not offer to replace the parts, or offer money back to replace the parts lost, they simply stated that it was MY obligation to fix those issues. Not even an apology. Had to purchase a new phone entirely.when retrieving the cell phone, I spoke with a young lady who was the only friendly and courteous person there, did not catch a name, she stated that the overly titled "service tech", was not in at the time and only works certain days and hours, I tried calling back repeatedly until some days later when I FINALLY had the gentleman on the phone who did say that he had used the sim slot but could not find the sim card and that it was only $5 to replace it anyways but he was not going to do so because it was my obligation not his. He admitted that he could in fact order the part but chose not to.

While the employees and owners were nothing but courteous and friendly, I am giving a 1 out of 5 star rating for the services themselves. Took my computer in on Friday afternoon and was told the turn around time is 24-72 hours, cool. I called multiple times today to get a status update and no one answers. I go in at 3:30pm today to check on it in person and they had just conveniently gotten to my PC. I was told "It's been a crazy Monday, Mondays are crazy"... If a customer is paying $215 for a diagnostic/troubleshooting check, I think it's fair to expect a high level of customer service. I was told I could check on it tomorrow while they continue troubleshooting the issue. Took the PC as is. If I'm coughing up $215 I expect results, not excuses. "Crazy Mondays" are not an excuse, in fact that's the weakest excuse a company could give its customers.Edit: I have to respectfully disagree on the whole I only gave you 24 hours. You said you were closed only on Sundays, it was never communicated on Friday that you don't have a technician on weekends. Had I been told maybe Tuesday or Wednesday then I'd be more understanding, but when you say "Monday at the latest", I'm going to hold you to it. I see others had better luck with your company and I won't deny that, but in this particular case I stand by my experience. Best wishes.

If I could give no stars, I would. This place is a total rip off. He had my phone for nearly 8 months and not a single thing was handled. I would go in every few months for an update and his wife would tell me, he's out of the shop or he's working on it he'll call you when its done, take my number down and I'd never hear anything. Not one single time did they call to give me an update on anything. So I finally just went in and removed my phone and took the loss. If you're going to take the risk with this place, I suggest not pre-paying or be prepared to get the run around for almost a year!!!!Also, do a quick dive into all these "5 star reviews" lol in my opinion they seem very suspicious and likely fake names trying to keep their ratings high.
