Pulled up to the drive thru window and saw the girl standing on the other side and she didn't say just a minute or anything. I waited about 10 minutes before she opened the window and then she handed me the scripts out the window not using the drawer which makes it much easier to reach.

Asked the pharmacist if the medication I came in for would cause drowsiness. He barely looked at the label, mumbled the name of the drug, and then told me it was a pain medication and didn't cause drowsiness.1. It was an anti-inflammatory, not a pain med.2. The label clearly stated it may cause drowsiness.Today will be the last time I do business with them.

I have been a patron of this store/ pharmacy going back to when it opened in 1971. For the most part there is a friendly staff and pharmacy group with the exception of a young lady who when I called to check on my wife’s prescription put me on hold then was extremely rude to me when I asked about the my prescription being filled and what time it would be ready .I was taken back when I went into the store to pick up our family meds and was confronted by the same rude woman who put me on hold then refused to speak to me over a drive through misunderstanding a few months back . I’m a retired teacher grew up in the area and went to high school with the assistant manager . For the life of me I cannot understand why this person would carry on in front of a crowded waiting area about why she doesn’t want to deal with me? I’m picking up medicine for my wife who has pneumonia and for myself. I simply asked her why she was so rude with me and why bring up a misunderstanding in the drive through that happened over 2 months ago ? All I wanted to find out was what time our prescriptions would be ready. It’s a shame how the lack of customer facing etiquette is severely lacking at this pharmacy . When I tried to talk to the pharmacist on duty he told me he was busy dealing with customers and was obviously disturbed that I was waiting for him. Disappointing experience to say the least especially when dealing with people who look to you to get relief .

Covid shots, boosters. Says walk-ins welcome- but then asks if you have an appointment! Lies. And it wasn’t even busy!! Lost my business. Pulling my Rx’s from CVS!

The phone system repeatedly cut me off when I tried to reach the Pharmacy. When i finally did get connected after 9 tries, a man answered with a middle eastern accent and said I was doing something wrong. Not a customer friendly person at all. I was thinking of transferring all my prescriptions to the Yardville CVS due to me moving closer to that CVS. Now I will not even think of it. This is not the type of business I use, poor business equipment and an inconsiderate, jerk off working there. Go to another pharmacy, because if this is the way they treat potential clients, I would be cautious of the way they dispense meds. AVOID THID SHITHOLE AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible customer service on the phone, they don’t even give you a chance to speak before putting you on hold for 20+ minutes just to refill a prescription.

This CVS offers a drive-thru pharmacy which is always a plus. The wait on the drive-thru line can be long at times, but during the pandemic I don't really mind as I prefer not to get out of the car with the kiddos. Generally pretty clean. When I call in to obtain information they are polite and answer my questions pretty accurately.

Worse customer service I asked the farmasist if they had over the counter pink aye drops And his answer was I’m not a doctor abously his not a doctor he would be working at cvs so I looked around and I found eye drops I’m never goin to this place again

Never had an issue here before until yesterday when their cashier tried to accuse me of stealing my own coupon just because it was not ringing up correctly. He harassed and lectured me for 5 mins. As if I would waste time stealing a $4 off coupon. He was prejudice against me. I look young for my age & I sometimes look Spanish due to my dark skin; couldn't help but notice he didn't attack the white woman that beeped going out the door.I will be going to the walgreens across the street from now on.

I tried to fill a script today and I never have a problem but today the dot head docer looked at me like a junkie cause I was getting pain pills they always have it but not today I bet she wanted to call in cause I red flagged there gee thanks I have kidney stones and no pain meds cause hero have to wait 24 hrs I go there all the time tho the last guy had it I was in and out in 5 mins like serou lady I was given 4 pills
