Customer service is slow and Unfriendly especially at the drive through.

Highly disappointed. This store’s phone system is set up so it is highly difficult (impossible) to get to a pharmacist or store clerk. Staff might be great but if I can’t get support from the pharmacist on call, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Had to call twice about CVS trying to charge me for 2 different prescriptions which my insurance company completely pays for everything and I never have a co pay. I’m getting really frustrated with them ?
