My wife and I recently needed to replace our two electric ovens and were undecided between installing two separate units or a double unit. Yudin's Appliances provided exceptional service from start to finish.
They sent a technician to take precise measurements of our space, which helped their sales team accurately recommend appropriate units for our kitchen. Though the decision process took several days and multiple phone calls, their staff remained patient and attentive, addressing all our questions and concerns thoroughly.
The installation went smoothly, and we're extremely satisfied with both our purchase and the overall experience. The professionalism displayed by everyone at Yudin's - from the sales team to the installers - was impressive.
Based on our experience, I highly recommend Yudin's Appliances to anyone in the market for new appliances. Their commitment to customer service and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful purchase into a pleasant experience.

The absolute best in service from purchase, delivery and installation. Nowadays, too many people go to the "big box" stores where you will see an aloof salesperson who really doesn't care about the products they sell or their customer. With Yudin's, that is not the case at all! We are in the middle of doing our dream kitchen renovation and our salesperson, Ezra, was absolutely amazing in every way! He didn't treat us like a number and spent significant time going through each appliance and explaining its pros and cons, warranty and then price, delivery and installation options. He was knowledgeable, honest and really took the time to understand our kitchen appliance wants and needs. They also had an amazing washer/dryer sale going on and their installers were beyond professional and even swept out the areas behind the old washer dryer (it was gross). In closing, I cannot recommend both Yudin's and Ezra enough!

Yudin's helped me find a refrigerator for some new community members with a tight deadline. Eli helped me measure the space and determine which refrigerator would fit and found the perfect fridge for our budget. They received the refrigerator within 3 days and were very happy with it. Yudin's went above and beyond to ensure a good result for our community.

I have been a loyal customer of Yudin's for decades, and have purchased a number of appliances from them over the years. I have always favored this local family-owned business over the big box stores.
I purchased a Maytag commercial-duty washer and dryer from them which were both professionally, and properly installed today. I had an "issue" with the first delivery where both appliances arrived damaged, and Yudin's took immediate care of the problem, which I greatly appreciated. The replacement appliances arrived within 2 days after the first delivery in perfect condition, and fit nicely within the limited closet space that I had measured.

I discovered Yudin’s when searching for a replacement to a large wall mounted air conditioner. Yudin’s searched for the best fit unit for our space, specifications and needs, requiring the least amount of adjustment to the existing frame. Their price was competitive, the installers were knowledgeable, respectful, and worked quickly. I recently purchased a dehumidifier from Yudin’s. Once again, their recommendation provided the best unit for our needs at a competitive price. I will continue to work with them as my first choice. Highly recommend.

The team helped me order replacements when my refrigerator/freezer stopped working. I was retrofitting a built in and they sent out great installers and have me every consideration. This is my 5th purchase from Yudins - I am a big fan/customer!
