They did great work. Brought my car in for a wheel balance and to put tpms sensors in. They were willing to put sensors I bought in which many places won’t do. Even though they couldn’t get my sensors to work which was my fault. They only charged 50 per sensor while other places wanted 100-150 per. From start to finish they were easy to work with and fair priced. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Came across Wyckoff Auto 2 years ago when they were the only shop that had experience with converting my Lexus hydraulic suspension to a standard system. Ever since then, I’ve brought my other cars there for all servicing needs. John is always super knowledgeable and friendly, and runs the most honest and fair priced shop in the area. Would definitely recommend for all makes and models

Overall the best experience I’ve had with Automotive Repairs. From the pre-call prior to my actual appointment to get more info on my situation, the drop off, follow-up phone calls that thoroughly explained the current status of repair & up to the checkout process which involved future recommendations…5 Stars! The staff were kind & responsive. I highly recommend Wyckoff Auto Center & plan on continuing to bring all of my vehicles for service when needed.

The best customer service i have ever experienced from any auto shop hands down. Staff was beyond helpful when we got a loose tire and didn't have the proper tools to tighten it ourselves.

My experience with Wycoff was awesome. I had a flat tire and was on a temporary tire for a day and had to travel out so needed a tire in a short time to be procured and installed. Wycoff was backed up but John there understood my needs and took proactive actions to get a tire and install it so I could travel. I couldnt be more thankful to John and Wyckoff .. Thank you

Was not a new customer, spent money at Wyckoff Auto Center in the past 16 months and referred neighbors and friends to this establishment. And planned on scheduling 4 new expensive Pirelli tires for my husbands vehicle as well when he dropped me off. Not to mention I was referred by another industry professional down the street! Waited two weeks for this appointment bc I was loyal - had an appointment for Thursday 8/19 “morning” yet due to the tornado/warnings the night before, NJ Transit schedule was running 60-120 minutes behind and I need to commute into NYC for work. Called and spoke to John at 1ish pm as a courtesy and asked him if its best for him if I came now or the next day at a time of his convenience and explained the situation. John had the nerve to say in the most obnoxious tone, “too bad, its too late, you missed your appointment and I would have to wait until August 31.” Mind you this was for a rotate and balance, a 30 minute service. I explained the situation again and asked him what he would have done if I just showed up, like most customers would have at a non dealer auto repair shop, he said, “ I would have done the job then.” So the business model here is NOT customer centered by the owner John and he has no regard for courteous and loyal repeat customers, nor professional respect for the individual who referred Wyckoff Auto Center. It would be remiss for me not to mention that I was quoted one price when I first called by an employee and John tried to charge me 50% more. Perhaps that was the issue? Nonetheless, none of what I experienced during this encounter will sustain a successful business.
