The people that work at the wyckoff post office are completely incompetent.... I was completely misinformed on how to send a letter and get a signature from thethe person that it was addressed to... So I have no clue if the person it was addressed to even got the letter. Waste of time and money.

I got one of those "show QR at store to return" codes. At UPS you don't always box those up and the email didn't say to box it. I brought it in an unsealed package and forgot to bring tape. The guy tells me I need to seal it (literally two strips of tape) and have to buy 50 feet of tape for $4 or come back later. He couldn't give me a strip of tape. I bought the roll and asked if I could leave it for someone else who needs tape. Answer was no.He was very polite the whole time but man, nothing makes me more annoyed than being forced to overpay for something you don't need.

Every time I go there I already know it's going to be unpleasant, staff is so rude. I really don't know how someone of them haven't lose their jobs.

This is by far the worst post office in America without a doubt. I don't even know where to begin...Every single time I go somethings "wrong" with my packages prepaid label which requires me to "cover the difference" out of pocket. This literally has never happened at any other post office I've been to. They then scan my packages in the system and proceed to turn around and toss them about 3 feet in the air as it crashes into the bin (usually damaging the items within the box). Every worker here is nasty and miserable 100% of the time. Every last one of their workers should be fired in my opinion. After reading hundreds of reviews online about this place, I've come to the conclusion every one of them has something in common.... THIS PLACE SUCKS. Please I recommend do not go here unless you feel like completely ruining your day. (Postal worker Eric SUCKS)

Absolutely pathetic....when mailing a slightly thicker envelope, enclosing a special greeting card, it's " flex is checked " and charged substantially extra . Also, we receive mail from adjacent neighbors--- how many parcels of our mail are THEY receiving??...9
