Dr. Cropper is the most caring Vet I have had in my 40 years of owning animals. She has been there for multiple pets from dogs, cats. I especially like that she is a mobile Vet allowing less stress and anxiety on the animals. The animals look forward to her visit and greet her with wagging tails. This isnt the case when you normally take a dog to a vet office around other animals. Her love for animals shows in how she treats her patients. My Bullmastiffs adore her and are always happy to see her. I have also had to put numerous animals to sleep over 40 years. She makes it easier to accept by bringing compassion and dignity to the animal and the owners. She is an amazing woman and a fantastic Vet. Frank & Dona Dec

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Cropper. I asked her for advice or help with a family pet she had seen that was being neglected, and she ignored me. I think it’s telling that the introductory page of her website highlights her euthanasia services. What kind of vet leads with that information?

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother in the hopes that it will help someone. Please be weary when working with Dr Cropper. She came with short notice which was great but unfortunately she misdiagnosed our dog and he had to be in pain for 2 weeks. We told Dr Cropper that he was not feeling well and he had a heart murmur for a few years. She checked it and assured us it was completely fine and definitely not a problem with his heart. Prescribed antibiotics for what she said could be an infection. Long story short lots of calls back and forth and she says his liver is bad and he’ll probably die soon. She said she would follow up but never did. He wasn’t getting better so we had no choice but to find another vet. Right away our new Vet said he was having Congestive heart failure and she could tell by listening to his chest right away and that he was experiencing this for a couple of weeks (when Dr Cropper had seen him). I just can’t understand how she missed that. Thank God he was able to get the meds that he needed. Im concerned Dr Copper, what happened was very serious and should not be taken lightly. I hope that you are more careful with you practice because it can cause a life.

Dr. Susan Cropper is amazing! She answered our call on Sunday evening when no one else was available. Made quick appointment and basically saved our cat. She is very caring, kind and attentive.

I have had Dr. Cropper as my veterinarian for the past 40 years !! When I was 19 and brought home my first stray kitten, a family member recommended her to me because she "made house calls" and I wanted my kitten's health care to be the least stressful experience. That was THE BEST call I have ever made. Through the next 40 years she has cared for 15 stray or rescued cats and 3 dogs that I had been blessed to call my beloved pets.

She takes care of 6 of my animals! She has done everything from vaccinations, dentistries, growth removals, to just checking on them. Very compassionate Veterinarian and has availability to personally talk to you at certain hours. The fact she is mobile is a plus! Getting 6 pets the vet is tough, so it's great she drive on over to take care of everyone at once! Highly recommended!

I refuse to respect a DVM who signed off on a health cert. of a dog who has clearly been in a bad situation and abused and then to be sold off at a pet store, where she was "kept in the back" A dr with no morals or integrity isn't a worthy Dr.
