I had the most terrible experience at Stop & Shop recently, all thanks to an employee named Nick. I was simply asking for help locating a product, and Nick responded with incredible disrespect and attitude. When I confronted him about his rudeness, he became impatient and started getting visibly angry towards me. His aggressive demeanor was genuinely frightening. It's unacceptable for an employee to treat customers this way. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

i think this place has the worst management out of any other stop n shop maybe even every union in the world but long story short the guy at the front desk “nick” is a joke of a worker and the manager shannon is TERRIBLE at her job when i say terrible i mean terrible does NOT know how to run a business and so rude so much attitude for that i will have to give 1 star doesn’t know how to run a store never will and i don’t think i willl ever come back from this this is the worst ever

Shoprite in Wyckoff is not the greatest either but the prices are almost always cheaper than here. For example the juice I bought the other day for 2.49 is over 3.50 here. Ice cream I paid 3.50 for is nearly double that price. Tortilla chips that are 4.50 in shoprite are over 5 dollars here. Large kombucha bottle is over 10 dollars, the highest price I’ve ever seen. Their sales bring the price of the items down to regular price. I have honesty no idea how this place continues to stay in business. A Trader Joe’s or something else would be so much better.

Has everything I need and is in a convenient location. I do wish they had a pharmacy though. Also, be sure to shop the sales since this is when they are most price competitive.

The quality of everything has gone way downhill in the last year. Produce worse than usual, even the organic section always had moldy, expired fruits/vegetables. New managers & staff less friendly and less helpful.

I enjoyed shopping here but had a hard time and ultimately was not able to sign up for a rewards card. But for that, I would shop here again.
