I’ve been a loyal customer of Sicomac Pharmacy for over 10 years. I wandered in after being very dissatisfied with Miller Pharmacy in Wyckoff and wanted to speak with the pharmacist because I didn’t want another experience like the one I was having That was when I met Fabian and the Terri and Jess. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer experience than at Sicomac in any area of my life. . Words to describe them: caring, efficient, willing to help, fun to be around, loyal, consistent…These people have become way more than my pharmacy, they are my friends. Fabian is an amazing pharmacist and Terri provides customer care in a way that is beyond anything i have ever experienced. I am and will always be a lifelong customer of my friends. And that is because it is run by good, kind people

I’ve driven here from out of town 3 different times for covid tests and each time the experience was fast, efficient (book and pay for appointments online) and very friendly. The woman who answers the phone is always so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and the guy who administers the tests is extremely courteous and informative. Considering the work they are doing dealing with covid tests, either of them could be short or unhappy but they’re not. Such a nice experience.
