“Service absolutey deserves 5 stars!I was one of the originals at this facility. Last May, I rented a 10X14 unit at a very reasonable introductory price. But when, after several months, the price went up significantly, I realized that I only needed a 10X10 unit, which is much more reasonably priced. Ariana and Wayne went out of their way to make sure the switch was completed with no snags. Ariana was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the billing.My one complaint is that the pricing is so volatile. I need storage for the long term (perhaps years). I wish there were a way to lock in a price, by pre-paying for 12 months up front.”

I originally reserved a 10x30 ft. unit online and upon check in the next day Antonio advised me about its smaller than standard door size (negotiating furniture through it would be challenging) and helped me swap it out for a 10x25 ft. unit with a standard door size which met my needs. He was very helpful in showing available unit options and in communicating the rental conditions.”

“This is our second time using A. Fazio as our movers. In our line of work, we move around a LOT. We have learned you need to hire a good company to move your things or you will pay later in damaged items, hidden costs, etc. It is important to note that our company also believes in A. Fazio, because it will accept bids from them over others. There is a LONG track record here to base that acceptance on.I cannot recommend A. Fazio any higher. Both of our moves with them have been nothing short of incredible. There was a good price, lots of communication, special care taken with our things and a lot of "bending over backwards" to provide the best service we have ever seen in a moving company.While unloading our storage unit today, we discovered our last movers (NOT A. Fazio- shame on us), had hidden damaged boxes in the back of the unit where we could not see them until we unloaded 4 month later! Of course, this is now way beyond the time to report an issue. Let it be said we DID already report 3 other issues with that company. ugh. Never again.But back to the pros. A. Fazio came prepared and treated our things like they were their personal property. They worked quickly and very efficiently to load everything from 2 separate locations into our truck. One of the workers was a "Tetris" master, as he packed our things securely for the long ride ahead. I tend to be a nervous guy about these kinds of things, but I will not worry about this trip at all.Thanks A. Fazio for your amazing work for us today.”
