βI didn't know it was possible for a post office ever to earn a 5 star rating. I have traditionally dreaded going to the post office until I moved to Haskell. They are friendly and actually enjoy what they do. Joe is the best and brightens up my day every time I see him. Its rare to find someone who shows that much joy in life. Keep up the great work.β
βI had very positive experiences. Scott and the woman at the counter were great. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We came for the passport appointment as a family of 3. We were 10 mins late as I had realized I needed to take copies of the documents. Scott was super accommodating and was so fast that it took about 30 mins to have all new passports done (ton of papers to attach and put in order!!!). I rare leave reviews but Scott definitely deserves some recognition!!! Copies of the documents were taken at USPS. I have successfully received my passport.β
βAll of the staff there are absolutely the best. Specially NOELL ! They're all very kind and helpful and I've never had any problems, no matter how busy they are. Noell is extraordinary though. She always apologizes for the wait, even if there are only a few in line. She is thorough, friendly, helpful, kind and so sincere. She seems to LOVE helping people. We are SO very lucky to have her in our great post office of Ringwood NJβ
βHard to believe Iβm saying this about a government office, but this is by far the best post office in the area. The clerks are friendly, polite and helpful. Good hours and ample parking. Keep up the good work!Usually the government is completely inept and incompetent at everything it touches. But this place manages to be different.β
βAs an eBay seller, this is the only USPS location I will go to. They are so incredibly kind, helpful, & patient when I come in with multiple items to ship. The lines move fast, parking is easy, & they really value your business.β
βI drop off mail to this location every day. Ali & Margie are courteous, helpful and friendly.the outside of the facility is embarrassing for the USPS, garbage, overgrown weeds, containers of rotten food left by the dregs of society on the stairs for 2 sometimes 3 weeks. does this facility not have a maintenance crew?β

βI was in and out of this location relatively quickly. The staff was very friendly and location was well maintained. Not sure what the negative reviews were expecting but they get the job done better then most location IMO. If you expect straight forward effective service from a post office, this location is head and shoulders above most.β
βI've visited several post offices, but my local post office stands out as the best by far. The people who work here are the nicest postal workers I've ever encountered. They are incredibly patient and always provide exceptional service, no matter how busy it gets. I deliver my online orders there once or twice every day, and I always receive a warm welcome and friendly assistance. Highly recommended!β
βIβve been coming here for a while now. The counter people are super nice. The restβ¦. Weβll USPS is my last choice with any packages. They lie and pass the buck with the worst of them. I sent an overnight package cross country and the carrier ON VIDEO went to the door, looked around and left. No notice, knock or doorbell. The same carrier came back the next morning, signed my clients name (incorrectly) and dropped it in the mail box. They denied me a refund with no explanation. I have the cureβ¦ itβs ongoing ???β
βFriendly knowledgeable staff. Came in at closing and they were able to get my packages out in no time. They are the model of what a USPS location should be. The place is always neat and they do their best to keep the lines down.β
βLobby Hours (6am-6pm) i went today 08/05/24 to pick my mail from one of the boxes at 7:34am and main door was closed. We have 2 business boxes and this is the time i always go pick all our mail. Ohh let me mention that this is the 3rd time is happening.
I dont usually go inside (counters) unless we have a package to mail and their staff are very good.β
βItβs a small post office, might seem a bit outdated as well. But i actually like that about it, the small town vibes. I have been here several times since i moved. The lines vary depending on the time of day. They are open till 7pm on weekdays so thatβs helpful. Every time i have been there the clerks have been super helpful. I needed a lot of help deciding what package to send and save money as well when mailing a package to Europe and robert(clerk) was really nice and helped me with weighing the stuff and even told me about the best options. I needed that just so i can decide the best route to go. The clerks are always nice about making sure the mail is properly wrapped as well. Once i didnβt have the label on right and the clerk took the time and fixed it instead of just sending me away to fix it myself. I appreciated that. So over all i would recommend this place.β
βAll the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.β
βPretty well known post office.Has everything you need from a front desk, drop off boxes, you name it. Staff are quite slow but USPSβs feel understaffed everywhere.Some post offices donβt have drop off boxes so I come to this location to which has plenty of options to send your packages.Bear in mind, post offices are overclocked during the holidays.β
βIβve had a very positive experience with them in regards to an individual mail hold. Led me in the right direction of how to go about doing the hold and they helped me with extending a few extra days as well without having to re-login and adjust the dates.β
βThe people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucksβ
βPhillip who helped me today deserves a raise. I could tell he was managing a line of impatient guests while helping me on the phone and he was handing everyone with such patience and grace. USPS workers really need more support and respect, kindness and patience. Itβs a thankless job, and itβs especially harder during the holiday season. βI live closer to another post office but go out of my way specifically to go to this location because it's always quiet, fast, and has very friendly and courteous postal workers.β

βFrequent customer at this location and the guys upfront (Scott, Oswald, Eric) have been nothing short of a delight and respectful and very helpful each and every time. With that being said, some reactions and reviews here give a false impression of this office to the public and are only based on what I have witnessed as customers having a lack of courtesy towards the gentlemen and wanting to be immune to the USPS policies. Keep up the good work Wyckoff Post Office, and Thank You.β
