so sad what the corporation who bought this local gem did to it. Are used to have my prescriptions filled go in for a nutritional advice and the pharmacist David always knew all the drug interactions and alternative advice. He is no longer there and they completely destroyed the entire operation. I get better service at Walgreens and CVS.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jo-an, at Millers Pharmacy. I was in need of some compounded medications ASAP and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jo-an was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and always made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. I would highly recommend Jo-an and Millers pharmacy to anyone in need of exceptional customer service and high-quality care.

I have been using Millers for many years, since they were bought out it is extremely frustrating to try and communicate with anyone at Millers location. You only can speak with customer service representatives who are very difficult to understand. I have had to dive to Millers to obtain an answer to a question. I also found out since the buyout they have expanded their client base thru Costco which seems they can't handle the volume of business.

Miller’s Pharmacy is a game-changer! I’ve been using their compounding service for a year, and it’s truly outstanding. The staff is kind, helpful, and genuinely passionate about their work. Every visit has been a seamless experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this pharmacy! I even make the drive from Manhattan for their unbeatable prices and consistently reliable products. I want to thank the people at Miller’s for going out of their way to help me when I need extra help. It means a lot to me. Thank you.

The quality of customer service has progressively gotten worse since the pharmacy was sold. Communication is not great. The best part about the pharmacy is David. He communicates well and tries to help you out but there’s only one of him. The older female pharmacist w/ glasses is extremely rude and treated me terrible every time I went in there. It was so uncomfortable every month I went in there. I’ve been going to this pharmacy since 2017 and had to switch because I was tired of the disrespect and struggle every month I had to fill my prescription. She should really treat every customer like a human being. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this one is warranted. Also unless you are a house wife or don’t work normal hours find another pharmacy. The business hours are almost impossible to make.

The people in this place are so RUDE and unfriendly it was mind blowing. From the lady who could barely look away from the computer to barely greet me, push me to someone else in "customer service " who was less than personable and made me feel like i was bothering her - (was kind to the man she helped next and smiled at him so clearly she was capable of doing) to the last lady who was neither helpful or nice on subject they deal with!!!!! I wasn't asking for something they don't offer. I have no idea why - when I started off soft spoken, said please and thank you and treated like sh&t. They deserved the rant I left them with. I'm in hospitality and my mind is blown when business act this way. Pls take your busy elsewhere- they don't deserve your hard earned money

I have never been to a better pharmacy. I am not sure how many pharmacists are in this establishment but I spoke with a few staff who appeared to have a lot of experience. Without going into too much detail I can say the staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me obtain medication by interacting with my doctor's office and followed up properly

Very fast and convenient. Customer service is top notch. I have had an excellent experience when I have contacted about tracking information. Jo-An was incredibly kind and responsive. I had my answers in a short period with minimal effort. I highly recommend!

Pleasant and personable staff. Kyna was a delight through text, and the people who pick up are always willing to help. I've never had a problem with this pharmacy in the past and they are continuing the trend. The only let down was finding out the most non psychoactive substance I'm on is a controlled substance so they have to tap dance through all the DEA rules. They have helped navigate that nonsense productively so I've had to do very little in the way of being on hold forever with doctors and stuff like that which is great. My partner is critically ill and I do coordination of care with him, so I appreciate any time I don't have to fight with doctors or repeat instructions. I either misremember or they don't hear because I didn't speak "clinical" very well when it comes to myself.Overall, from the compounded delivery and customer service end, I have been very pleased and very thankful for them.

Gosh, when am I going to remember to check Yelp before using a new pharmacy, doctor, etc.? My first use of Millers Pharmacy was a disaster. I trusted them because of the connection with Costco. Bad decision. I ordered a topical cream that should last at least 30 days, but because the pharmacy bungled the entire order, the cream only arrived today after I paid $13.95 shipping (they claim "2-day free shipping). That was 6 days ago. That means this expensive drug of $70 only lasts 25 days if I am lucky. If I had not called into the pharmacy to find out about the delay in hearing from them, I would not have discovered they were going to send me a 90-day supply for over $100. What?! Would it have only lasted 30 days as well? This pharmacy is not to be trusted. Stay far-far away!
