Refuses to give pricing without an RX. Never in my life have I dealt with a pharmacy that was so non-transparent and anti-competitve, and that's saying a lot for a long-time participant in our lovely american healthcare system, isn't it!?I have a right to have a general idea how much a compounded RX will cost before transferring my RXes to this pharmacy. It's not fair to me, or my dr, to get all RXes sent here, spend "2-3 business days for a turnaround", finally get pricing to know whether the rates are competitive or if I need to shop elsewhere, which would require asking my dr to resend the same RXes again. He is busy and so am I.I read this independent pharmacy was recently sold to new owners, I hope they see this and consider changing their policies because there are other independents nearby who will answer this basic question for cash pay patients.EDIT: I have just now seen the owner's reply and emailed him privately. I assure you this is a truthful review, I made the phone call at 3:05PM on March 6. I will update the review when this gets resolved, I would prefer supporting local businesses.

Great place and they answer all your questions and send your medication in a timely fashion. I get ketamine there and the ketamine actually works great. Not to out the last place i used which i will because they are terrible. Do not use a pharmacy called precision in ny if you are taking ketamine. They are impossible to get ahold of and the ketamine doesnt do anything. I think their lab is leaving out key ingredients, hence my great appreciation for this place.

very very bad experience. dropped off my prescription and was told i would get a call the same day after checking with my insurance. never got the call. i call the next day and they say we are backed up and we don't have your insurance info even though i gave it the day i dropped off the prescription. the rep who was very rude then tells me " anyway this will take 3-4 days to process " . when i said why wasn't i advised of this so i can go to a different pharmacy he had no answer as if i don't like it i just need to go somewhere else. this is suppose to be a pharmacy providing medications for healing but instead they cause aggravation .

This pharmacy was bought out by Jilly's and has gone down the tube. The complaints are too long to list. Do yourself a favor before getting so frustrated and just stay away

Paid $1000 for urgent prescription. Now 4 days later and I've been informed they still did not have time to fulfill it and I will miss the deadline for my next dosage.

Everyone at Miller’s is extremely polite and helpful, especially Jo. If there is an issue, they contact me and deal with it right away. It’s a pleasure to work with this company.

I switched to this compounding pharmacy after a series of negative experiences with a competitor in another state. I wish I had known about Millers sooner! Everyone I have spoken to has been kind and helpful, my medication is filled and shipped quickly and arrives carefully packaged. It is a night and day difference from my previous experience and I am very glad to have found this pharmacy!

I’ve been using Miller’s Compound Pharmacy on and off for several years. They are convenient as they are local, but will also ship to me at my vacation home. They all also in network with my insurance which many compound pharmacies aren’t. It is very easy now to text a refill order. The only drawback is that there is about a 4-5 day wait on the refills and a full week wait on shipping as opposed to other compound pharmacies that had my scripts ready the day of or could ship overnight.I am decreasing the stars on the review as I have found in the past 2 months, it now takes about 3 weeks to receive my prescriptions. If I don’t call in and follow up, it seems that nothing is done. I am currently searching for another compound pharmacy.

so sad what the corporation who bought this local gem did to it. Are used to have my prescriptions filled go in for a nutritional advice and the pharmacist David always knew all the drug interactions and alternative advice. He is no longer there and they completely destroyed the entire operation. I get better service at Walgreens and CVS.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jo-an, at Millers Pharmacy. I was in need of some compounded medications ASAP and she was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
